“I initially ordered an item which arrived promptly but was not what I expected. I contacted you to ask about exchange/refund, no reply. I have now ordered again hopefully what I wanted in the first place but that has not arrived yet so I am really disappointed with your service”

“The item was sent and received very quickly, however I received the wrong item. I have since emailed them 3 times asking for a replacement and haven't had a single reply. I understand things taking longer at the moment but even a single acknowledgment response would've been appreciated. I still have not received the item I paid for. Maybe this was just a one off mistake but I cannot find the cable I need anywhere else for a non ridiculous price so I'm kind of disappointed.”

“Bought "official Samsung fast charging micro usb cable" - used with two genuine Samsung fast chargers and DOES NOT FAST CHARGE!!!!! IT'S A CON. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.”

“I am currently assessing the service as poor until I receive a reply from my email a few days ago, notifying you that the lightning \ 13 pin adaptor for my ipad did not work and requesting what you will do to resolve the unsatisfactory situation. I am prepared to amend the rating.”

“I wet in for unlimited and was told I couldn’t have unlimited.The day after I was told a friend had been to curry’s store and they were given unlimited was not very happy. I had to settle for a 2year contract he was able to cancel any time .”

“The sim card adaptors were thicker than a SIM card, so wouldn't slot in to the phone, so they were useless to me. I was offered a return facility, but I didn't bother, as it was only £1.50p. Probably best not to order precision items over the internet anyway.”

“The item i bought was a Smsung car charger that I needed urgently,. My mistake to through away the packaging as I could not return it and ended up throwing away a car charger that diid not work in my car or a friends car that I tried it in as well”
