“In a week they have already broke apart twice, they're average earphones, mine broke so I needed a new pair but I didn't know they'd just crack and fall apart.”

“Ordered 2 "genuine" Samsung galaxy chargers, 2 charging cables arrived, certainly not genuine Samsung ones like advertised. Seem to work OK for now, but like all other copies they will soon stop working”

“Purchased a "genuine" Samsung cable as a backup for my older model tablet. It arrived very quickly but did not work. The plug was difficult to connect to the tablet and was an inferior cable compared to the original one I have. Returned for a refund.”

“I never received my order. I had to email twice to get a very short once sentence reply, which wasn't helpful at all. I had to send a further 2 emails (again both emails had a short one sentence reply) and I'm still no further ahead with my query. I've basically asked if my order is lost never to be seen again or whether they will resend another and surprise surprise I've had no reply. That email was sent 3 days ago. Terrible service. I realise stuff gets lost in the post and this may not be their fault so this review is solely based on the email correspondence. To have to keep chasing and emailing to get one sentence replies is not good customer service.”
