The product is not the same as the original supplied with the phone. When connected to my PC, it will only charge, I cannot access files ect on my phone via my PC.

the battery what came with the mobile works better than the battery i bought it dont keep its charge .so keep it incase other gos only use it with one app on the phone for work .

Not happy with thr product. Not sufficient details were given on the website - hence I received an item I cannot use. Asked for refund but they are very slow at processing and consenting for the refund

Was unhappy that the phone case I purchased Didn't fit and I've got the standard Huawei p30 which the silicone case was slightly To long which didn't fit so am Disappointed But that can happen otherwise I would of Given possibly 5 Stars

The 2 Samsung Galaxy 10.1 USB charging cables received were incorrect. They were either manufactured wrong, or advertised for sale incorrectly. Which could have been sorted out with a simple 5 minute phone call, instead, it took 4 e-mails and 4-5 days before problem was resolved .... I end up sending back for a refund. I have since ordered from elsewhere, received and fitted with no trouble.

The delivery was not in the 1-3 days promised, wrong item 7 days later. when I phoned explaining that I can understand the lateness of the delivery during the pandemic. we were promised a replacement. it has still not arrived . very poor will not use Mobile store again.

They sent wrong socket for charger, emailed them and returned the one sent to me and heard nothing since. Will give 5 more days then request refund.

The process was very poor and concerning. The communication was erratic, extremely slow and inconclusive. The time taken was ultimately reasonable (3weeks)if you prepared to wait as you would be dealing with an overseas supplier with a site which appears to be in the UK but in fact is in the far east. If you are prepared to pay in advance and wait until the process is complete, the product is superb and its best value for money.

The battery arrived very quickly after I ordered it. unfortunately it was not the one I ordered. I e-mail them but did not receive a reply nor even an acknowledgement that it have been received. At this time I was prepared to return the battery for a replacement correct one. There website says that the will respond within two days. They did not. I sent a second e mail and was then in the process of preparing a claim in the small claims court when Uk mobile finally responded. UK mobile willingly provided a return address and a prepaid label to attach to the parcel. As soon as they received the battery, UK mobile refunded me the cost of the battery. If UK mobile had responded promptly to my first or even my second e-mail, I would have been quite happy to receive a replacement battery. They failed there own terms and conditions and caused me to be distrustful of their future actions.

I can't really recommend these guys. I asked a question on their website about some Huawei earphones which they ignored. So I bought them anyway. They turned out to be fake and way louder in one ear. I contacted them only to be ignored. After about 5 days I just sent them back anyway. They finally did reply and eventually said they would check their warehouses. A few days later I received a refund (although not for the return postage). There was no email to say I'd been refunded or to apologise for selling me a dodgy item. My only positive for them is that they shipped the item out quite quickly. Not recommended to deal with.

Product (a phone cover) was unsuitable for my purpose but I have yet to receive any response to 2 x emails for advice on a replacement and returns procedure. Regarding the latter, the company's website refers to completion of a returns FORM there was no link to this, nor any indication of how to access it and none was included with the product (nor any invoice). I was also unable to find a phone number for the company in order to contact them that way. So I now find myself saddled with a product that is of no use to me and no way that I can ascertain of replacing/returning.

Ordered a new battery for my Samsung Galaxy S5 neo. The battery life isn't much better than my existing 4 year old battery which needs charged every day. Pretty disappointed to say the least Expected better for a £15ish battery.

I got a broken charger, and I am unhappy with the poor information regarding returns on the site. I haven't received any return labels with the package, or a receipt, nor was I able to find or generate a return label.
