“Are you kidding me !! I’ve emailed 4 times over the last 2 weeks asking about my missing item from my order and no reply from this company. Now they email asking for a review 🤷‍♀️ Do not use this company is my review.”

“I still haven't received my order 1270041450 placed over 2weeks ago (on the 2nd of May to be precise) and my emails and enquiries submitted via their contact us page have gotten no response whatsoever. Looking to report to Trading Standards.”

“I ordered an hdmi converter. Simple, straightforward order. I was told it would arrive in 2-3 days. Nothing arrived three weeks later. I sent emails. I was completely ignored. : the item has still not been delivered and nobody has contacted me from the company. I will never use this compary again and will recommend against it to my network. Appalling.”

“I ordered a samsung a70 charger on friday from the above. I have tried to contact them on 7 occasions I was not given an order or tracking number. My account has already been debited with the sum £16.94. I dont know at this present time if I am going to receive the charger I ordered. I am very dissatisfied with the service I have received and if I dont receive the charger or £ 16.94 credited back to my account I will inform the trading standards about this shoddy company.”

“Brought a Samsung S20 cover not sure if the item is genuine received my order 4 days after I was meant to tracking number did not work and did not get a single reply to any of my emails so very bad customer service was going to send it back but dought they are a company that likes refunding customers!!”

“I ordered a Samsung charger and a headphone. I paid for both of them. They delivered my charger but never my headphones. I sent 2 emails to them without any answers up till now. I've asked for a refund for my headphones but no one got back to me. I will never buy anything from them again. This is just theft.”

“I ordered the wrong cover (my fault) so I emailed these immediately. A day later I got an email to say it had already been shipped...I asked if I could send it back and just got a 'yes or exchange' no details etc. I'll not use them again”
