“Ordered Official Samsung 10W Wireless Charger Duo Pad Black EP-P5200TBEGGB with the UK Plug type but they sent EP-P5200TBEGWW with the European Plug Type. All emails unanswered and no telephone support. I now have no choice but to conduct a charge-back through my bank. Be warned!”

“Though delivery was quick, and looked fine, the product stopped working, charging, after a week so is no longer of any use. This review is some time after an email was sent asking for any suggestions of what could be done, but no response has been received to date. Disappointing.”
