“The toothbrush works as expected, it has only been a couple of days but it is nice.
Unfortunately, even after buying it in the EU store, I have seen that the connection base has the UK plug so I had to buy an adaptor to be able to charge it. It is not a big thing but it is a bit annoying.”

“I love my spotlight toothbrush n recently had new heads delivered within 24 hours which was great. My only issue is the ease with which the heads break if they take a knock. Don’t know that this can be improved. Otherwise great product”

“I love this electric toothbrush. The beep every 30seconds is a great reminder to change position. I also like the 3 different settings.
It's also good having the travel case.
The only thing I don't like is trying to get the head off the main part of the toothbrush. I would have given 5 stars if the above was easier.”

Just a little tip for you: To remove the brush head off your Sonic Toothbrush you need to hold the head and pull straight up with a little strength as the head is fitted tight to stop it moving while vibrating. You do not need to twist the toothbrush head to remove it, it should come off by pulling straight up. Any help you do need however, please don't hesitate to call or message us any time! 😊

It can definitely take time to get used to the sensation as it can feel powerful at the beginning but this always eases with use. The Sonic is designed specifically for those with sensitive gums and teeth so should cause no pain when being used. We do have some other new customers contact us about a slight tickling when beginning to use the Sonic but have always advised this is only a initial reaction to the new sensation.
