“My order was delivered quickly and is what I wanted, which is great, however, the packaging had been bashed about and the box crushed, which is not what I would expect for such an expensive product. If this could be reviewed for future orders to ensure items aren't damaged etc. then that would be great!”

I have been using the water flossers for years now and found them very good. The only issue I had with them was they only lasted about a year. The new water flosser is too big and not as easy to carry when traveling. I am on the lookout for a different type.

“This was my second purchase ( so I must love it) but my first one broke changing the head. It's very difficult to replace the head but I wouldn't use anything else but a spotlight toothbrush. I was allergic to the toothpaste and my mouth was covered in blisters. My dentist advised me to stop using it immediately”

“Packaging and delivery were excellent. Finding the strips really easy to use, feel relatively comfortable in my mouth and taste nice. - I have some sensory issues so this was a real bonus. A week in and my teeth look brighter than before.
My only suggestions for improvement would be:
- state on the strips packaging which is for the top teeth and which is for the bottom
- being clearer in terms of the results you can expect if your teeth yellowing is due to thinning enamel rather than enamel staining (as mine is). The info is there, but buried in the FAQs - if you did not know the reason for your yellowing teeth, or did not know that you are unlikely to get huge improvements from whitening if you have thinning enamel, you could be very disappointed.”
