“I really like the design of the products and they arrived quickly. The replacement heads seem a little pricey but I think they are roughly competitive with the competition. The electric toothbrush has lasted well and looks as good as it did when I got it! Had it for just over a year. My Philip's Sonos broke within a year :/ so this is much better.”

“Have ordered a few time’s really good products but why is it that every time I order the rebuilding toothpaste it has a hole on one side so when you squeeze it it comes out both ends”

“Beautifully presented boxes, neat charger and professional looking toothbrush. Compared to my previous round headed brushes I found this brush shape was a bit "splashy". The noise is also very high pitched even on the normal 'clean' setting.”

“The toothbrush is great, but because the on/off button is flush with the toothbrush, I keep switching it off mid-brushing. If that button was raised, it would mean that I could avoid it when using the brush. I’m afraid this appears to be a design flaw in my experience.”

“Likes :- Early days but the toothbrush seems to be doing a good job. Not sure yet about the battery life but haven't had to charge yet (1 week). My teeth definitely keep that smooth feel longer than my previous brush. Good price @ £66.
Dislikes :- The base has a USB plug connector rather than a standard 2 pin (shaver) connector. However the base from my old (non spotlight) brush works. If you accidentally switch the toothbrush off while using (easy to do) the 2 minute timer resets itself, rather than continuing where you left off (my old one had this feature). Brush head replacements coming in at around £7 with discounts, so quite expensive.
Overall - Good brush for the price. I'd buy again.”

“The delivery was very quick. The packaging suggests a premium product, a bit reminiscent of the way Apply packing appears. The action of the brush is very different to our other electric toothbrush so takes a bit of getting used to. The brushes themselves are a very stiff fit onto the brush unit and take some effort to fully push on and if fully located are almost impossible to remove by hand. We had to use a blunt instrument to do so. We need to change heads because two of us use the brush and do not want to use the same head. Overall I would say is OK but wouldn't buy again if and when this one breaks down unless some further development is made to the way the heads fit.”

“The toothbrush head itself should be rubber - I found it very jarring when it touches my teeth - bangs against them….ultra fast vibrations need some getting used to. Teeth do feel very clean. Nice product - packaging - travel case all very good quality.”
