“It has taken some getting used to, as I have been without an electric toothbrush for some time now…and didn’t have a sonic one before. I do keep catching the head on my bottom teeth and vice versa, which does make a grinding noise - but I have a very small mouth, with crowded teeth. I have only given four stars, as the brush head is a bit difficult to manoeuvre in my mouth - it would be good to have different sized heads to choose from perhaps? Otherwise, my mouth and teeth are left sparkly clean and I mean SPARKLE.”

“The order went smoothly and the water glosser seems to work well although a little bigger than a competitors model that I had been using for many years. I like the water sterilisation mode as this is definitely an added bonus and very important. I was surprised to find that for such an expensive model against competitors that there is only a 1 year warranty which I think in this day and age is woefully inadequate for the price. I also have found that since purchasing this product I've been swamped with email offers. Perhaps rather than unsubscribing I would appreciate it if they could tone things down somewhat.”

“Have been using toothpaste for about 2 years. Powder is expensive for the amount you get. Gel is OK but the pump action is poor. I'll keep buying toothpaste but not the powder or gel. Neither have increased the whiteness of my 80 year old teeth sorry.”

“Really really good toothbrush and customer service. The toothbrush has now got to the place all things get to eventually, the battery! it lasted for ages after a charge but now barely a week as with all batteries life expectancy is not forever. Definitely lasts longer than any of the others on the market though.”

“Gentle in the mouth, lovely shape and cleans well, a bit ticklish at first but I have gotten used to this now. So good to have the 30-second timer. Have not used the toothpaste or whitening strips yet.
Nice travel case but shouldn't it have space to store the charger? I don't understand why I would have to carry the charger separately. It just doesn't make sense. Nice packaging but lots of wasted card to put into the recycling bin. Packaging could be more mindful of the planet.”
