“I'm happy with the performance of the Sonic Pro toothbrush, my teeth feel really clean after using it, but there are some inconveniences.
The most annoying feature is having to push the On button multiple times to select the desired mode and to turn the brush off, specially if you want to stop to spit. It would be perfect if it had a separate button to select the desired mode and save it, and another to just turn On and Off. Talking about the On button, consider making it a bit less sensitive, it's really easy to push it on accident.
While the timer is a helpful feature, it interferes whit the brushing, stopping the toothbrush momentarily every 30 seconds. I think it's a good feature, but it shouldn't stop the brush.
Finally, the charger not having plug is not the best, considering the older model had one. The wireless charger is fancy and all, but it makes very easy to knock on accident the brush. I'm the usual brush chargers there is this little notch than secures it a little bit, while here the magnet doesn't really hold it too much.
That would be my opinion on it.”
“Great product, unfortunately I lost my 1st on holiday and bought a second one because I couldn't live without it. Takes a while to get used to it on full power. Much too easy to press the off button by mistake. This is the only toothbrush where replacing the head has made a visible difference after a few months so I do recommend that. Overall very pleased.”

“I bought my Spotlight toothbrush a couple of years ago and like it well enough, but Philips toothbrushes which I used to buy, felt more substantial than Spotlight’s. My only other comment is that recently I bought a box of replacement brushes and for some reason two of the three broke while I was using them. However Spotlight responded appropriately and were very prompt in sending me a replacement box so that was good.”

“Excellent all round toothbrush with helpful quadrant notification of how long and where to brush. Pressure sensor bit ‘iffy’ as didn’t always seem to work and you have to press pretty hard for it to come on. Not sure anyone would brush hard enough for this to come on anyway.
In my opinion the on/change-speed button was too discreet, set flush with the body and only too easy to change speen when brushing.
Otherwise all ok. PS. Good customer service team. Quick responses.”

“It’s very lightweight. The brushing actually tickles! It feels thorough however. The only comment I would add is that I have used a round headed toothbrush for a long time and I’m taking time to adjust to the rectangular head.”

“An overall excellent experience and pleased with our purchase. However, we have two iritating issues, the brush heads, on our device at least, are quite difficult to pull off without getting a full grip in the palm of the hand and paulling it quite hard, which is not very hygenic touching the brushes. My wife has asked me more than once to help with this. Having to set a reminder to change the brush head in abotu three months.”

“My Spotlight toothbrush arrived last week and I am enjoying using it - my teeth feel very clean and battery charge seems to be very good - I have only just put it on charge for the first time. Good substantial boxing but I feel some of the plastic packaging within could be dispensed with, eg sleeve for the instruction booklet.”

“I would love it if you made brush heads that were a little firmer… I find the bristles a little too soft. The overall performance is good but even in the strongest setting my teeth don’t feel as clean as they did with my old Phillips diamond clean.”
