“I have used the Toothpaste only for a couple of days as I had to stop using it because my teeth got a bit sensitive. Therefore, I couldn't monitor the whitening effect. But after using it, the teeth did fell squiky clean.”

“I find the head a little too small which is why I got on well with the Ion-Sei which is no longer available. I also find the Spotlight difficult to adjust to after using the Ion-Sei as the frequency of the fibration is higher whilst having a smaller brush head. I keep touching the top of the head against either my top or bottom jaw line when brushing which is rather unpleasant especially on the two higher frequency settings. In terms of it's effectiveness in keeping ones teeth clean it's on a par with the Ion-Sei but it's not as ergonomic to use however it is/was half the price of the Ion-Sei.”

“I have used Sonic Pro for over a week. I have had 3 Phillips Sonicare 7000 series in the past. The Spotlight Sonic Pro is a reasonable replacement. It brushes my teeth well considering the cost versus the Phillips.
Only negatives are the USB charging base is unstable and topples over therefore positioning is key. The brush heads themselves are a little on the small size but seem adequate”

“The boys love them but the only issue we have had is that the bristles begin to come out of the heads very quickly if you have a child who is prone to do a bit of chewing! He’s only had it under a week and have already had to replace the head and he had a mouthful of bristles one night. Have never had this issue with previous toothbrushes even though he has tended to chew them at times while brushing”

“Very good prompt service, reasonably priced. Disappointed that I couldn’t get the pink replacement brushes for my toothbrush and had to settle for white. This was surprising as I’ve only had my toothbrush for 18 months so would not expect spares for this colour to have been discontinued.”

“The water flosser does a good job, however there are two design elements that I don't like. The water container does not easily screw onto the head, you have to move it around a lot until the threads engage. It is also very easy to inadvertently touch one of the buttons during use, either switching it off, or changing the setting. Overall, it performs the job very well, but is cumbersome in its handling.”

“Tooth brush seems great, recommended by my sister. But not too sure about the mouth wash and toothpaste levels of hydrogen peroxide higher than European and UK recommendation for use by non dentists - used both and mouth sore next morning. Shall get used to the brush first and then try each out sparingly and separately to see if it was a coincidence. Service, delivery and design excellent. Option for purchase of toothpaste should be single tube or even trial size to check suitability.”

“Brushes very well but the ergonomics of the controls need a rethink. The on/off button is right where my average sized male thumb wants to sit, so I am constantly switching it off by accident. I then have to switch back on and press the button 3 times to get back to my desired setting while squinting down at it to know when I'm there - it's very hard to see what setting you're in unless you don't mind being splattered in the face with toothpaste. One feels the controls need to be the other side of the toothbrush.”

“The electric toothbrushes are great, I've had mine about 2 years and it's the best toothbrush I've had.
My main complaint is it's difficult to take the heads off the toothbrush without accidentally snapping them. In the 2 years I've had about 6 replacements of which 3 I ended up accidentally snapping while taking them off the brush. If they are designed never to be taken off, this would make sense, but to fit the toothbrush in the travel case you need to take the head off.
Updated as they very kindly offered to send me some new replacement heads!”

“So far, I’ve been impressed with the overall quality of this water flosser. Having had a water flosser before, this seems much more durable, and the moving parts seem to be made of good quality material. Also really like the UV light feature which gives me the needed reassurance I need regarding dental hygiene. I also like the way that it was presented in the box, which just speaks of a good quality product. My slight frustration with it is that there doesn’t seem to be a way to pause button the flosser when your in a specific mode I.e Pulse mode without turning off the power and having to flick through UV, gentle clean etc etc get to pulse which job is here so you have to do because your mouth fills up with water at some point and you have to spit it out(unless, I’m just misunderstanding the instructions!) Compared to a much cheaper water flosser I got few years back this doesn’t seem as powerful and hard on the gums, though that might simply be because it’s design has been well researched by dental experts. Overall a good product and I would recommend, though I would ask the team to consider adding a pause function if it doesn’t already have this in the next update.”

“I've only had the Sonic Pro electric toothbrush a couple of days, but so far so good. I like the pressure sensor function and the quadrant reminders. The one thing that I would change is the power button, as a couple of times when moving quadrants whilst brushing, I've accidentally pressed the power button which has changed the mode from gentle to polish (for example). Could do with either the power button being less sensitive or placed somewhere different on the toothbrush to avoid this happening whilst brushing. Other than this, no problems up to now.”

“A really nice toothpaste. The tube is a good size. It's not too minty and feels nice in the mouth. I noticed a slight improvement in the whiteness of my teeth, but I expect prolonged usage is needed to see really good results. Overall though it's very nice.”
