“My Spotlight toothbrush arrived last week and I am enjoying using it - my teeth feel very clean and battery charge seems to be very good - I have only just put it on charge for the first time. Good substantial boxing but I feel some of the plastic packaging within could be dispensed with, eg sleeve for the instruction booklet.”

“I would love it if you made brush heads that were a little firmer… I find the bristles a little too soft. The overall performance is good but even in the strongest setting my teeth don’t feel as clean as they did with my old Phillips diamond clean.”

“I was very happy with the speed of delivery and the product, but the delivery service Amazon was not so good, hence the 4 stars instead of 5. The messages regarding the delivery did not contain any personalised information and looked really "spammy". There was no mention of your company name, or my name. there was the tracking order number, but let's be honest who remembers that number ? “The spotlight water flosser for me has helped me recover my dental health after a long period of neglect due to illness and lack of care during Covid. Alongside two dental hygiene appointments it loosened old plaque immediately. Quite shocking what came off. Not all did but it's made a big difference. The thing I like best is the clean feeling in the whole mouth after using it. The dentists has said what a difference it has made. It's simple to use
Things I:d like to see get better though are:-
1. It's very messy and you must have it in your mouth when you turn it on or you spray the bathroom. It's not a graceful thing to use and you need to lean over a sink for the whole process. If the buttons were on the back I think it'd be easier to control when using as you have to turn it turn it off which squirts everywhere
2. I'd prefer more power settings.
3. Could do with a mini tip for tight gaps for more targeted removal perhaps?
4. You do need to use normal floss on top in the gaps as it doesn't get it all. The dentists said this too.
5. Sensitivity is worse for me afterwards but the cleaning results worth it. I'm using every other day because of this rather than every day.
6. Extends your routine time but worth it.
7. Like the UV treatment. Wondering if you can drop the tip in to clean that too?
8. Stops working if too tight and angle
Overall I really like it, will continue to use and pleased with my purchase. Recommended.”

“Love the fact that you can "sterilise" the water etc and plenty of attachments. Found even the first level was fairly strong but bearable. My only quibble really was I thought the water bowl was very flimsy- seemed like cheap light plastic and not easy to fit to the unit. Had to jiggle it about to screw it on. On the whole though quite pleased with it.”

“So I bought this toothbrush as it was reviewed the top toothbrush. After just been to the dentist and having a good clean up I was eager to start my journey with my new brush. When I first used it, I found it very 4 it tickled certain areas. The vibration is very powerful and left me feeling like I had a very clean mouth. I will warn you that it is very powerful and if your not used to using an electric toothbrush you may want to be careful and gentle to start with. I was a little over enthusiastic when I first started and managed to give myself ulcers. This I feel was user error though not the toothbrushes fault. I like the 3 settings and recommend using sensitive until you get used to it.
The button is sensitive which I like, you just have to mind you don't turn it off. It beeps after 30 seconds so you know you need to move to the next section. It came fully charged and so far, i have not charged it up, and it's been 2 weeks brushing twice a day. I would recommend it. I have only not given it 5 stars as I want to see what my dentist says about my teeth and if it is working as well as I think it is.”

“I bought the Sonic Pro and am very happy with it so far. I have never managed to nail down a brushing pattern and the "quadrant timer" function is definitely helping me to nail that. Pressure sensor is useful and I haven't yet had to recharge so all up, very happy. Only slight criticism would be that it's a bit too easy to accidentally hit the on/off/mode button mid-brush, but avoiding it will quickly become muscle memory, no doubt. I'm also unclear whether there is a way to keep it on your preferred setting (from the 4 available) or you have to cycle through each time you use it, but maybe I just need to read the instructions better.”

“I had been very disappointed with the last pack of tootbrushes I bought for my Spotlight electirc toothbrush as 2 out of 3 split at the head within a month of using them. I had a gap and started using a normal (non sonic) electric toothbrush but have found it feels too hard on my teeth and gums so I've gone back to my Spotlight sonic toothbrush. I am really hoping the new set of toothbrush attachment heads I have just purchased don't split again as they are expensive. Fingers crossed!”

“I have just bought more toothbrush heads for my wonderful oral care toothbrush . The toothbrush is fabulous unfortunately I find the heads less so. The bristles , in my opinion are too soft and splay very easily plus they are very slippy and often slip off the teeth hitting other teeth. I don't know If anyone else has this experience but I go through toothbrush heads incredibly quickly consequently, and they are not particularly cheap if you go through them as often as I do. I know I don't brush my teeth too hard because I also use another toothbrush from time to time which lights up if you brush too hard and it never lights up.”

“I have used the Toothpaste only for a couple of days as I had to stop using it because my teeth got a bit sensitive. Therefore, I couldn't monitor the whitening effect. But after using it, the teeth did fell squiky clean.”

“I find the head a little too small which is why I got on well with the Ion-Sei which is no longer available. I also find the Spotlight difficult to adjust to after using the Ion-Sei as the frequency of the fibration is higher whilst having a smaller brush head. I keep touching the top of the head against either my top or bottom jaw line when brushing which is rather unpleasant especially on the two higher frequency settings. In terms of it's effectiveness in keeping ones teeth clean it's on a par with the Ion-Sei but it's not as ergonomic to use however it is/was half the price of the Ion-Sei.”
