“So far seems good.2 minute timer is best with short pause after 30 seconds. Its light with small brush heads which suits me fine.U don’t need that much toothpaste to clean your whole mouth. With the normal toothbrush i think you use too much still doesn’t clean your teeth.i’ve only had it for about 2 Wks . I’ve found a positive effect. Mouth seems cleaner”

If I could comment on replacement toothbrushes. I order 3 online they arrived quickly. I was in my local Pharmacy and the replacement toothbrushes were cheaper at the pharmacy so I bought them. I would have expected them to be cheaper from the website directly. so a little disappointed. You should be a one-stop shop with the best prices and discounts for loyal and returning customers. On the Late Late Show on Friday you have new products that look good you should share this with customers. You have fantastic products I continue to buy however I will be checking other outlets to ensure I get the best deal. Why buy direct why you might get a better deal elsewhere?”

“I love your teeth whitening strips as they don't make my teeth sensitive. I bought the water flosser but find it very awkward to use hence don't use it like I thought I would :(
The sensitive toothpaste is not as good as sensodyne toothpaste for my teeth unfortunately.

We would advise that Water Flossing can take a little getting used to and it can take a couple of uses to find the correct technique for you. If you visit the Water Flosser product page on our website we have a great video up which we would recommend watching if you are new to using the device!

As the brush only needs a 15 hour charge and can last up to 70 days you should find this does not hinder the performance of our Sonic Toothbrush. The toothbrush should not be left sitting on the charger when not in use unless it is in need of charging. The brush does not need to be kept on the the charger in the bathroom, just charged up once and it should last you a long time before needing to be recharged!

“I've only been using this toothbrush for a couple of weeks as my previous electronic toothbrush has given up the ghost for the umpteenth time. It seems very good and comparable although I wish the brush was a little bigger. As I've been using it a short time, and because the brush is quite small, I can only give 4 stars at the moment, however I'm sure when I get used to it, that would be 5!”
