Ordered items on line and due to their system error I the wrong items were added to the basket and I was charged a fee to return them!! Customer complaints declined to refund postage as invoice and items matched.....Well that was their error not mine! Pretty disgusting first experience and I won’t be back, don’t shop here!!

Late delivery, and to the wrong address- I paid a $20 for Fedex express delivery. It arrived to the wrong Fedex location. It's been 15 days + 9 e-mails. The answer Uniqlo gave me: "your package is available at the new location" (which is far away from my home). Inquiry number: 01705868

Never buy your clothes online! This brand is really famous in my home country so I had no hesitation about placing an order for a winter jacket from their website in Europe. The actual size was way bigger than what they recommended, and returning it became a nightmare. Q&A on return is misleading and confusing. In the end, customers are forced to arrange return by themselves from choosing a courier to payment. Exchange in store is impossible if you buy winter clothes and there are only spring items. So you are left with 2 options. Either buy spring clothes with at least the same price or higher for your ordered items, or arrange return by yourself in hope to get your money back. Shame on you Uniqlo! If you plan to expand your business globally, at least work on your customer service first. Will never buy from you again!

I have been buying heat tech tights for years. The last batch that I bought in March is thinner and one of them run as in a pair of stockings when I bought it. I am thin and the small has always fit so it was not because the product was too tight. It was that it was made with inferior material. Too thin; too fragile. The San Francisco downtown store closed last month.

Customer service is terrible and irresponsible. They cooperate with Fedex, always indicate delivered but never show up or more than 2 weeks late. Never purchase Uniqlo again.

I have shopped from Uniqlo since I was living in Japan, so it is one of my favorite and trusted brands since I moved to the states. Their clothing is made of quality, although I think that in the U.S. it's a little pricey than how I remember their pricing in Japan. I'm mostly disappointed by the lack of customer service that I experienced recently by an employee named Terrence. Terrence did not help me with my situation at all, despite the fact that my package was missing. He simply mentioned that I received the package, because the postal service claimed that it was delivered. I was home all day long and did not hear the mail man stop by. They usually knock on the door when dropping off orders. I nearly spent $100 and Terrence the customer service rep would not grant me even a partial refund. My order was part of a birthday gift, so I'm pretty livid about all of this. Hopefully the dispute I filed will pull through, but now I am weary about shopping through Uniqlo's online store. Good luck at keeping your job, Terrence, because you're not fit for customer service work. Also, please don't send me a customer service survey after NOT assisting me with my issue.

A partir del 01 de marzo del 2021 cambiaron sus políticas de devoluciones y tienes que pagarle 5,95 euros por devolver las prendas, ellos las reciben y luego cuando consideren regresan el dinero. Es un abuso y más en tiempo de pandemia cuando aquí en catalunya nisiquiera abren los comercios los fines de semana, para las personas que trabajamos es una desconsideración. Además tampoco aceptan los cambios online en tienda, es terrible. La devolución de dinero de prendas compradas debe ser en la misma tienda, es decir, si estás de viaje y compras algo uniqlo no lo puedes devolver. Son unos abusadores, pésimo servicio en tiempos de pandemia

returned 2 items they declined to refund my money. My emails are clearly showing that I bought them and they were sent by mail to uniqlo. They made a mistake and didn't process the refund and when I claimed it they asked me for proof. They probably lost the return letter themselves. Once I sent it I didn't have the return letter anymore and each item was written on it. I keep emailing to Uniqlo and they ignore my email. I sent an email on November 23 of 2020 and another one on February 10 of 2021 but haven't received a response. I wanted to write a review here to warn people so they won't lose their money like I did because of uniqlo's mistake. I never expected such horrible treatment. I am very disappointed with them.

Returned a coat that was too small. I did everything right and followed their procedures for the return. Records indicate they received my item back on 1/14/21. When I try to track my return in their system I get "no eligible item to return". Their email responses to my inquiries are a run around. I did everything right and I'm getting no help. Prior to this I had purchase several smaller items that the longer I have them it's more obvious they are cheaply made. Don't be fooled by the cute styles. Class Action Suit anybody?

Customer service is non- existent. Have sent emails with no reply from Uniqlo, and I have tried to call many times with no luck. The error that I am trying to correct was theirs. I really liked their clothes, but I am not going to pay for items if I can't get reasonable customer service. No stores near me, so I have to order online.

Consider carefully before buying something from them unless you are 100% sure you won't return it later, special on sale items, their return policy is really xxxx.... They basically do not offer returns, not even credits, you can only exchange the item you want to return for others which are same price or higher, which means once you spend $$$ you will not be able get your money back, and you even may spend more and randomly get some things else you may not want. And you will be asked for the receipt papers come with the parcels, they do not accept anything else, not even the email was sent by them when you placed the order online...

Where is my stuff!!!! On the 29/12/20 I purchased a pjs set from uniqlo to be delivered to Hermes parcel shop. On the 7/1 I went to the parcel shop and the shop assistant told me there was no parcel under my name. I call uniqlo and customer service told me on the 7/01 the parcel was delivered. Now it’s 21st and I have no parcel or money. And the still investigating there own mistake at the cost of my money! DO NOT BUY ON LINE WITH UNIQLO! THEY ARE THIEVES!!!!

One thing thats certain is that the workers are not human, they are either snails or turtles because they take too long to deliver, refund and reply. They seem to be very unattentive to their work and dont value our time, anyways this was my experience and everybody has their own.......

I have emailed the help department several times. I have requested a refund of an item I had delivered to the shop prior to the lock down and was unable to pick up due to the announcement. I replaced an order online to be delivered to my house. The response I received as below: “We have been advised the parcel was picked up from the store on the 29/12/2020.” Oh really? Because I am fairly certain the shop were closed then due to Tier 4. I emailed 3 times after this and have been completely ignored.

Unfortunately I've had a similar experience to many people, wish I'd checked trustpilot and other reviews before buying .. Returned items (they don't provide a QR code to make this easy like other companies) Dec 9th along with an Amazon item. Received the refund from Amazon the same day. I'm currently still trying to get the refund processed by Uniqlo "they're looking into it" - have the tracking number from the Hermes pick up and everything. Avoid buying online with this company!!!

Everything was wrong about my online order. Ordered on the 3rd of Dec, dispatched only on the 23rd of Dec (I found out this from Hermes as Uniqlo do not update order status at all). My package with 2 Christmas present was delivered on Christmas eve (miracle!) only unfortunately it was left on my door step opened with half of the order! Obviously Hermes people stole my husbands coat but now Uniqlo is taking their time with dealing with my claim. I will go to credit card company of not hear back from them within another week or won't get their refund promptly. Never again will buy from them online

Ordered a jacket in 29th Nov, did not receive the order and was told will get the replacement and I have not receive the replacement for a long time. finally I decided to cancel the existing order and I did cancel and I have made a new order thinking it will be quicker, its almost a week and did not even get the conformation and did not get my money for the previous purchase. spoke to a customer service staff, could not hear her voice properly and phone got cut.

I ordered on the 21/12/20 items Christmas gifts. Now the 23/12/20 and order not even processed. No correspondence from Uniqlo who state they are ‘reaching out’ and now chat line down for maintenance too😢
