The Product I brought is very poor hasn’t got any of the paint off my garden set Extremely disappointed with this product wouldn’t Recommend this to anyone really poor and disappointed

Still waiting on order to be delivered so much so I had to use an alternative way of completing the job so much I wont be ordering anything else, no coms on what the delay is as all other suppliers communicate. Still waiting for delivery for over a week

Due to the current exceptional circumstances around the COVID-19 virus, there have been delays and issues with carriers, but I believe you are now in receipt of your refund. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.

I tried twice to cancel order because was supposed to be next day. All things considered, it was around this covid 19 time but was told that it would be over a week later and I needed to get tiles down. So I bought one else where. I sent two emails to cancel order but neither of them was answered so to be honest I'm not overly happy.

I haven't received the goods yet. Despite emailing and speaking to univar to ask for the goods or a refund, I've received nothing. Hoping this 'review' will galvanise them into action.

The product has not arrived. Tracking states out for delivery on two consecutive days, but no delivery and no card left.

Due to the unprecedented demand for these products, we are out of stock. Unfortunately there is a backlog of orders to process which is not accurately reflected on our website. No comments, I ordered something from your webside.I was all day at home and when I checked the update about delivery shows that nobody was at home...which is not true! A part of that I found the card from parcel force just at the front building door with number 40!Mine is 49! I called to customer service saying what’s happen they said they will check and will call me back.Never happened!so no items till now. Very,very disapoitned with my first purchase!

Been sent an email by Univar asking for a review but given that it’s two weeks since I placed my order and I still haven’t received it, gonna give em one star. Univar since been in contact, and very helpful. Product received. Re-rated as 4 star.

Bad service, didnt put my address on the parcel just my postcode so parcel force failed to deliver t Due to no address given I've used alot if credit to call up parcel force 3 times just for my order that was supposed to be next working day still waiting to receive it and it's been nearly a week

We are disappointed to learn that the keys do not fit any of your radiators as they are designed to fit most radiators. We will of course action a refund against your original original payment type. Hi. Still haven't got my order!!! The driver left my parcel hell knows here.. Told that he left it in flat 50 which is not even in my block.. Went there and there is no one lives there.

Bought the cutters which were advertised as a 5 piece plastic pipe cutting set. When it arrived it was only a 4 piece set. I called customer service who were not the greatest. If you want to return them you can. I am a busy plumber and don't really have spare time to be going to the post office to return incorrectly advertised products. I would of been happy with some sort of discount. This is the first and last time I would buy from this company. I could of sourced product cheaper from another supplier. Not happy with service and false advertising.

We pride ourselves in our Customer Service and Product descriptions, unfortunately on this occasion our description was inaccurate as this should have been described as a 4 piece set.
