Gave company plenty of time to rectify. Bundle was advised with 5% off, was not applied at checkout. Misleading. Called and emailed no response. Poor service

Product was in stock, delivery timeframes are 24 hours, but it took 7 days to arrive only after chasing a few times. Arrived late project is late now

Hi, I’m not sure you want to hear my feedback. I’m half way through a job and only have half my equipment. Donna spears is very helpful and good at her job. I went with univar because you were more reasonably priced and I’d prefer not to give my money to amazon if I can help it. I was expecting my parcel on Saturday/Sunday at the latest. It never arrived do had to get it redirected. Now in Dorset, the only tracking information is that it is delayed. I’d shop again If I had no time issue.

We order the stock that was showing on the website as we had an urgent job, we got delivery 1 month later !!!!!! Too late for the job it was needed for had to source from another supplier Would struggle to use this company again the website either doesn't reflect the correct stock or they gave it to other customers *** not trusted ***

I paid for express delivery! Standards delivery it stated online was 3-5 working days, I paid for express delivery and it too 2 weeks, by this time I had already completed the job as had to obtain tools else wear. Very poor!

I am still waiting for the arrival of the 3rd item that I purchased with Univar Specialty Consumables - but to date no one is answering my emails hence the reason for one star being awarded to the company

Website stated items I purchased were in stock, however they were not! Had to wait two and a half weeks for them to be delivered. Very poor customer service also!

We have a POD from our Carriers that this was delivered on 22/06, we are currently asking them for further details on this. I have tried to call you on the number you have given but this doesn't appear to be a valid number?

Well I submitted a review after a disappointing experience with an order where two bottles leaked in transit. Univar said I would be contacted to resolve it after they read the review. I’d already tried ringing and didn’t get though. I sent an email and got a confirmation saying they would get back to me. It’s now been 6 weeks and I’ve heard nothing. Even allowing for the current COVID situation I can’t comprehend a company can’t get back to a customer who’s had a bad experience within a month and a half! Hence me changing my rating to one star.

Here's an email I sent to you a few days ago. Needless to say I got no reply & the order was sent incomplete Hello I'm getting nothing from you and am receiving conflicting information * I made an email enquiry that was unanswered so I had to repeat using online chat * My attempt to order online failed because your system repeatedly froze & I had to complete the order on the telephone *You told me the Wooster brush I ordered was OOS. It showed in stock even after your advice. * I sent two emails after your advice which have not been acknowledged -whether they have been acted upon I still don't know. * I have an advice that my order has been shipped with all original content --but * I have an invoice that does not show any Wooster brush ( either the original or the suggested replacement) at all * I still don't know what I'm going to get & when I'm going to get it So from my seat your organisation has taken every possible opportunity to get things wrong on a very simple order. Good morning David, I have checked the details of all the communication with you - you placed the order on 19/05, one of our Customer Service Representatives advised you on the 20/05 that we were awaiting stock of the silver tip varnish brush. I am pleased to advise that we do now have stock of this and you should receive this in the next couple of days. Apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Your ordered was placed with us on 19/5/20, we despatched this on the 20th, but as advised on our website, we aim to deliver in 2-5 days but with the current situation there may be delays, but you should receive this early next week. Apologies if you feel we didn't respond but unfortunately we have no record of you contacting us.

Placed an order for item that was in stock on Sunday 3rd May. After receiving no updates on delivery by Wednesday 6th May (PM) phoned to request status. Was informed that supplier delivery had not turned up (thoughts it was stock!). Informed assistant that equipment was required for Saturday and was concerned that Friday was a bank Holliday. Assistant said she would call supplier and get back to me. Thursday 7th Receive voicemail and e-mail with tacking number stating goods have been despatched. As I write this review (Sunday 10th May) I still have not received the delivery. The tracker shows it was loaded on to transports in Shrewsbury at 00:55 on 8th May ready for deliver. Clearly due to bank holiday Friday delivery didn’t happen. It also apparent that Saturday deliver was not paid for. Maybe I will get the delivery on Monday 11th, over 1 week to get the order and just too late! Shame really because I would have paid extra for a guaranteed delivery! Trust you understand my disappointment and poor rating.

We are disappointed your delivery wasn't received as you had expected, unfortunately due to the current unprecedented conditions, carriers are prioritising deliveries to NHS and frontline. I am sure you will appreciate that due to this, delivery times cannot currently be guaranteed. One of our Customer Service Representatives will be in touch shortly to clarify.
