“We had a flat tyre last week on our way to work. The guys came out and were brilliant. Replaced the tyre in the pouring rain and got us on our way so quickly. Thank you so much for looking after us so well.”

“Had call out from the commercial /agricultural from Rettendon Essex branch ,he's name was Ian very knowledgeable and nothing was to much effort for him to do ,a very good example of what you would expect from a professional business keep up the great work”

“With my car telling me I had low pressure in one of the tyres I went to kwikfit (visiting Ipswich, living in London,so just googled!). They soon told me that they didn't have the tyre and couldn't do anything. Had another google- went round to Universal Tyres- they had a look at the tyre- confirmed there was a screw in the tyre and that we didn't need a new one, but they could repair the puncture for a fraction of the price! Great service- just wish they were my local garage in London!!”

“Visited the Colchester Universal Tyre & Autocentre this morning urgently needing a new tyre. All the staff were incredibly helpful and fully assessed my car immediately for me and went straight to work on replacing it. Outstanding customer service! I will not hesitate to return here in the future and will certainly be recommending them to friends and family.”

“Lovely and very helpful staff. I am clueless when it comes to cars and the guys have often helped me out and saved me money when they could have very easily done unnecessary work and charged for it. Would not go anywhere else, 100% recommend.”
