“Me and my green fiesta have been using the Staines branch for several years. This time for a new exhaust. Always fantastic service. Staff are always polite, friendly. helpful and there is such a happy atmosphere. They even remember my car. I have told family & friends who have also had great service there. I would never go anywhere else.”

“They were efficient, helpful and very reasonably priced. In a situation that is quite panicky - it is reassuring to meet a company that is helpful but not looking to exploit the situation and charge excessively. They provided a very efficient and cost effective service. I would highly recommend this very professional service - right from the phone conversation with Mr Saltmer through to the fitter who came out. You felt like you were in safe hands, not being ripped off and getting value for money.”

“Great service from the Greenwich branch (Peter). Free diagnostics and went out in the car with me to check out the problem. Gave me comfort that there was not a serious issue with the car and didn't charge me anything. I have used this branch a few time before and have always been very pleased.”

“Very pleased with service received at the Greenwich branch today. Thought I had a puncture but they took the time to check it throughly and all ok. They even fixed a problem with the car bonnet and no charge! Thanks to Matt & Wayne. Will definately return.”

“I came into the Colchester store on the off chance that they might be able to help me. The staff were wonderful and explained to me the problem with my tyres, tracking and brake pads and they were happy to sort me out, there and then. The brake pads were not in stock and so rather than asking me to wait an hour and a half, someone picked them up for me. I could not be more delighted with the service at this garage.”

“I visited your Chelmsford branch, the first time since you reniewed the building as was met by a really enthusiastic guy. I had a puncture in a disabled buggy tyre, not a massive job, but this guy was so helpful, and although it might need a new tube he would check the existing tube and if he could fix it he would telephone me shortly to confirm it was done or it would need a new tube which could take a couple of days. He rang me within an hour and a half to say the existing tube had been repaired and I could come and collect it. On arrival the tyre was waiting in reception, the bill was only £10 I was delighted with the great service and the charge, but particularly the service, and the way I had been treated. Universal you are great it's a pity you can't get this sought of customer care every where. Well done and I will be back”

“Called up to request a price on a full service at Thurrock branch, Joe gave me the price ran through what that included and had a space the same day, 15 mins later i dropped my car off and went back to work got a call when was ready everything was tip top at £145 for a full service was over the moon with it. Really helpful, polite and great customer service. Even talked me through a couple things about the car. Will defo use again”

“Arrived at the Thurrock branch met the manager Joe and hisTeam a happy bunch of guys, while having a cup of tea in the lounge they fitted 4 new tyres in 30 minutes and I was on my way. A very slick operation guys thanks a lot, I shall return with another car.”
