“Rang various tyre fitters, all busy. Universal apologised for being too busy that afternoon, but could send someone next day. 9.00 am and there he us, couldn't fix the tyre, which had perished, But fitted spare and was efficient cheery and helpful. Would recommend and will use again. 30 pounds, well spent. Thank you.”

“Orbital one, green street green road dartford Kent da1 1qg Manager Rob Saltmer. After visiting kwik fit for a puncture repair I was told after 2 hours waiting that the puncture could not be repaired and I also needed another tyre, I asked for a price which another 30 minutes and still waiting withstill no quote I asked them to return my keys and left. I phoned Rob and he said he could look at my tyres and luckerly could do it right away. The service I received from Rob and his staff was first class. They explained what was wrong and even showed me the tyre. I had 2 new tyres fitted in less than 30 minutes. Great service and very courteous even had a free cup of tea while I waited. I will defiantly use universal when ever I need tyres in the future.”

“If you were to ask me how the service provided by Universal at Chelmsford could be improved, I would (untypically) be lost for words. Absolutely first class in every respect, Rob makes sure I couldn't take my cars or motorbikes anywhere else. Thanks. John Stevens.”

“I visited Universal Tyres in Tilbury after work on Friday because I had a puncture. I was seen to very quickly by Stuart who had been previously recommended to me. He checked my car over to make sure there were no other problems on anymore of my tyres and got to work more or less straight away. Not only was it a quick and effective service - the staff make waiting around more bareable. Will definitely be returning again. Thanks guys ! :)”

“Its the first time I've used this branch to have a new rear tyre fitted to my Daytona 675R motorcycle and I couldn't have been more please with the fantastic level of service provided. Staff were friendly and very helpful. A definite recommendation and will be using them again.”

“UT&A Greenwich - John and Terry did a Sterling job on finding the right tyres, persisting despite suppliers quoting lack of stock. I was so satisfied they got on with the job of sourcing the very tyres I wanted, that I upped my order from 2 to a set of 4. Fitting was a 1-hour doddle and the crew was friendly with banter aplenty in the background despite the phone ringing off the hook. This was the third time I used the G'wich branch, and I will go back. Top job lads, thanks!”
