“My tyre burst on the A 12. I was able to get to a safe place. I called Universal Chelmsford Highlands Farm CM3 8EB and spoke to Rob who was very helpful and professional. He put me through to Steve who then put my mind at rest when he said he would send his colleague out in the blue and white van and change my tyre. He took my name and mobile number and exact location details and Sure enough Ryan Terry turned up 20 minutes later when Steve said he would be there - looking professional, he was swift and very very polite. He was very quick and efficient and did a super job changing my tyre. I was Incredibly impressed with this company their timings and their customer service and their attitude towards a female in distress (although I'm sure they would react the same with a guy in the same position) and I had called them randomly so much so I will get my other 3 tyres from them in due course. I felt like I really had made the best decision calling these guys! Thank you again!”

“I visited Universal Tyres & Autocentres to get a new tyre for my car to replace my spare, the staff are unbelievably helpful, knowledgable and friendly. I'm very particular when it comes to garages, especially when it comes to my motorbike, as my life is literally in their hands, but I fully trust the Dartford depot, it is clear the team at Dartford are experienced, passionate and professional. I've visited twice so far, and have been served by Rob and Lee, who are commendable members of staff, and are clearly a credit to the team. It is because of these members of staff, and the team in general, that I will be without a doubt returning, for any future work that may arise for either my motorbike or car.”
