“Have been going to the Plaistow branch for years. Always get great service and feel that the guys are really helpful and manage to get the job done when I need it done. Probably because they all secretly like to sit in my pink car.........”

“I have used Universal Greenwich for two MOTs on different vehicles in the last 6 months. The Inspector (Pete) was extremely helpful and informative not only about MOT issues but even pointing out such things as jacking blocks missing and what damage it could cause if someone jacked up my vehicle without them having been replaced. All the staff at Greenwich are friendly and helpful and make you feel very welcome. I would certainly recommend this branch for all vehicle needs.”

“I have used Universal Tyres (Tilbury) for many years and have always found all of the company's personnel to be courteous, efficient, knowledgeable and professional. Just as important as the level of service being provided, the prices offered for tyres and exhausts are extremely competitive when compared to other major tyre/exhaust companies.”

“Having recently moved to the area, I steadied myself and prepared for the long haul of finding a decent garage that wouldn't rip me off. Universal Tyres Greenwich is two mins from me so I gave it a try. Wow - that worked! The men are kind and friendly, quick to find a way through and my first MOT was so straightforward and cheap that I thought there must be something amiss. I have been back a couple of times and Terry, Rob and Tony have been extremely helpful. I'm very glad to have apparently found a super garage just around the corner. Thank you.”

“Our company maintain roads and we need to have our fleet available for emergency duty 24 hours a day. Chris and the Plaistow Universal Team provide us with a quick and efficient puncture and tyre replacement service as well as call out when we need it. I think that the reason it is so efficient is due to Chris's recognition of our business needs and his prioritising as appropriate..”
