“The spring on my car went and I was absolutely at a loss because it happened on Friday night. We phoned the Colchester branch at 8.30 on Saturday morning and I picked my car up, all fixed at 12.30. I can't thank you guys enough for getting it done so quickly you saved my life!! I have been going to this branch for a couple of years and have been amazed at their honesty. Two different places told ne I needed a new wheel but when I went into Universal they said all I needed was a tyre. I wouldn't go anywhere else and would highly recommend these guys to my family and friends. Thanks again.”

“Absolutely brilliant service from Terry and the team in Greenwich. Walked in with my rear wheel after picking up a nail on the road, they had it fixed in no time at all. They even went so far as to drive me and the wheel home - cheers Jimmy! Incredibly friendly and professional service, I can't recommend these guys enough, I won't be going anywhere else.”

“Didn't know what to expect as always used Kwik fit in the past. From Universal I received a very friendly and efficient service. Terry and his team were absolutely great in sorting out my car tyres and Mot. Will be visiting again if needed in future.”

“Popped into the Plaistow branch regarding a slow puncture i noticed yesterday. Greeted by Nick who took control and got to the problem right away (Screw had punctured the tyre). Nick went on to fix the tyre and reseal it right away! overall i was in the garage less than 20 mins. Fantastic service keep it up guys i would recommend Matt”
