“Very pleased with the service I received today, the guy here certainly know there stuff, the manager Gary was very helpful and through and could not do enough for me, would defiantly recommend to anyone and I would not go anywhere else now Thanks guys Kevin”

“Had an emergency stop at Universal Greenwich after a foreign body worked its way into my rear tyre and they were amazing! Not only did I get the best advice, unlike other local tyre places, they kept me informed as to what they were doing, and managed to repair my tyre! This was done in less than an hour! Exceptional service, fanatasic customer care and a great price! Super Happy.”

“I have been using Universal Tyres in Staines in the past 6 years, I have always received an excellent service! This is the place I will recommend to everyone I know , to everyone who needs any car service, repairs, advise etc. Kevin along with his team members are always very helpful! “Excellent service at Greenwich, spoke to Terry who arranged the replacement rear tyre for my motorcycle, and the staff were very professional in removing and fitting new tyre. I will recommend to all who need motorcycle tyres.”

“Phoned my local branch (Tottenham). Spoke to Joe Lubert, top guy very friendly and professional. He gave me a very competitive quote for 2x tyres and the team was able to fit them the next day. Great service, good advice. Will definitely use again. Many Thanks Adam.”

“I went to the Staines branch of Universal tyres for a quote for my exhaust as it was blowing and i needed it repaired for my M.O.T which was booked at another garage .. The staff where excellent and gave me a quote for welding the exhaust and to have the M.O.T done at the same time of which was cheaper then the garage i had already booked . So i booked to have my car done at Universal Tyres Staines... I was very happy with the jobs that were done to my car and i would highly recommend the excellent service and prices to anyone . Thankyou Universal for a great service and i will definitely be back in the future. Mr Mario Jukes”

“I rang the Turlock depot and they were extremely helpful. They were very knowledgeable concerning the range of tyres available for my vehicle. After giving me the options (budget mid and premium quality ) I arranged to visit them the next day to have a new tyres fitted. Fast speedy service and they know their trade , what more can you ask for ? Would definitely recommend.”

“Great! Ordered a tyre for next day, which arrived as promised. Plenty of parking at Universal and no waiting around. Tyre was fitted quickly and for a good price. The people were friendly and helpful, so I'll be using Universal next time!”
