“I have just been to the Greenwich branch and could not have been delta with better. John is efficient and polite and my car was worked on with the utmost professionalism.Stuart and Ron were also reassuring because I was a little stressed. I know I can trust the staff at Universal and this is very important. Also being a woman it is important that I am spoken to without being patronized and the staff here never do that. That's why I will always use this branch particularly.”

“I use the branch inPlistow East London and I am always happy with the service, the staff there are very helpful. I am very satisfied with the work they done on my car, they are trust worthy as I believe they only carry out the work that does need doing, it's good value for money and I would not go anywhere else unless I had no choice. “Had a puncture on a Friday afternoon. Very helpful staff at Greenwich Branch got my spare on, had a good value tyre ordered up and fitted quickly on the Monday lunchtime. Professional, polite, quick service. Would recommend.”
