“It would be nice if you could resolve the issue with the website that requires that you check out as a guest when paying using installments. If you already have an account with Upscale Audio like I do, it is confusing to not use that account when checking out.”

“I’ve bought from you guys before but never been to your store. Looks like I have to drive up there from San Diego now that’s a good thing. I guess I’ll reach out to the store and make sure I set up an appointment as you guys seem to be busy.”

“Advertised price in email sent to me was not the same as when I when to check out. After chatting I was sent an invoice with correct price. Hence my rating of 4 instead of 5 stars. The good news is that the advertised price sent to me was honored. Thank you”
