I think they could give me a larger percentage for a tube one month out of warranty

I tried to order some PrimaLuna 12 EAU7 tubes. Even though I had purchased a prima, Luna Evo 300 preamp from you it would not allow me to put those tubes in my cart. I called your customer service and they took care of the problem immediately and I was very happy with the experience I had talking to a representative on the telephone. My rating of poor was for the website that would not allow me to purchase the tubes I wanted and made me call to get those tubes.

I HAD SOME QUESTIOS ABOUT TUBES AND I CALLED SEVERAL TIMES. I GOT THE AUTOMATED ANSWERING SERVICE AND LEFT SEVERAL MESSAGES AND NO ONE EVER CALLED ME BACK. TOO BAD, I WAS INTERESTED IN SOME OTHER MERCHANDISE, BUT PURCHASED ELSEWHERE. I EXPECT THAT NO ONE WILL CALL ME BACK FROM THIS MESSAGE EITHER.

Not allowed to order KT88’s even though I bought Primaluma. Dialoge 3 amp with 2 Dialog seven monoamps and now a new EVO 400 PREAMP.

One of the drive belts I purchased broke almost immediately (about a week or so), so I have to buy another 4 to replace the one that snapped for some reason.

The financing is operated by an outside financial institution and that sometimes limits our ability to be of assistance, but we would sure like to try. Hey Charles, We are so glad that we were able to accommodate your request and retroactively get you the savings through a refund. Our coupon requests you to please call ahead and speak to the sales staff so we can give you the savings right off the bat. You got some great speakers and If we can do more, just let us know. We just want everyone to love their music.

Upscale is apparently Downscaling. Tried to order 3 tubes. Stock only allows 1. Out of stock. Could not get advice. Only a chat.

Hi Blair We are so sorry for your frustrations. Recent events caused a temporary huge increase in the volume of communications asking about tubes and we have just been overwhelmed. We have removed most all tubes from our website temporarily. We are checking our inventory and seeing what tube shipments are coming in, and trying to come up with a solution to service our regular customers, especially those that have purchased their equipment from Upscale Audio. This may take some time and we are very sorry for the inconvenience. We hope to be able to offer some tubes again that we don't have now in the coming days to a week. Keep in mind that you should expect that the original tubes will have at least 8,000 to 10,000. hours of life. For most people that is 8 to 10 years or more. your system double billed so my bank declined and froze my accounts.. I spent 1 hour with the fraud department cleaning the mess up... this is my first order, I realize all sites have problems, still despite your reviews I reduced my order... I have decided to pick up the amp, if all goes weii then maybe I will spend the rest of the $35,000 on speakers and turntable as I had planned.....

Hi Larry, We did some research on this and I can assure that you were not double billed. We use Shopify to process all of our payments for all of our transactions. They are the 2nd largest processor right behind Amazon. If you would like to see the records of this transaction please let us know and we will be happy to share them with you.

It turns out that I figured out the problem myself, but no one from Upscale Audio got back to me today after I emailed for support.

Hi Gary, We want to apologize to you for your experience. On and off over the past 2 years the significant increase we have experienced in communications has made it a challenge to answer every call. We have a system in place to return every phone call, chat, and email. We have hired more staff and we are happy to say the response has been overwhelmingly positive. you are not selling tubes by phone. Your phone rep told me to buy at the website. I did. Then you send me an email saying the tubes I bought at your website are not in stock and can't be bought, but you have some other tubes available. Couldn't that have been handled easily on the phone? Instead we needlessly went through a back and forth. You previously treated me well on the phone. jc

I had problems with the guy on the phone. Your info for the 6fq7/6cg7 states that you have become a STAX dealer. He stated to me that he was looking at the sight and that you aren't a STAX dealer. and that the info about about those tubes doesn't say anything about being a dealer. STAX told me to contact my local STAX dealer for info about repairs. I have a STAX SRM-T1 serial # B4471. Was able to find schematics for "NEW" STAX from #4881. Is it possible to obtain the correct info from you for my amp? Please have the sales man read all of your info before answering the phone. He was insulting insulting. I am loving my Marantz Ken Ishiwata SACD player. Perhaps the very best music playing piece of equipment in the world? Ken gets to the Heart and Soul of Music!!! Best, William
