You have no record of a significant purchase that I made from your website. Now when I try to order accessories for that product your website battles me every step of the way.

Hi David, We are so sorry to learn that you were having trouble with your account. We looked into it and found that you have two accounts with 2 separate emails, that may be why you were having trouble. One account has ***********man@gmail.com and the other is ******naz@mac.com We can change the email on an account but I am sorry that we can not combine accounts. No one answers the phone, spent 30 minutes on a chat without result

There are times when we are not able to answer every call, but we do call back every client that has missed a call, or that leaves a voicemail. We also answer every chat and email. Although very rare, sometimes when we are closed or overwhelmed it can take longer than 30 minutes to answer a chat. We are working to improve. We've hired more people so we hope you'll try us again. Most unhappy about previous purchase going bad so soon (533 hours on counter) . I understand that there are no guarantees with tubes but paying extra for a cyro and Audio Research matched tube to go bad in what feels like an abnormally short period of time is disappointing.
