“I called a couple of times previous to my purchase while data-gathering. Each time was a great experience. Gained a lot of knowledge with patient staff. When I finally decided on a purchase, Richard was very helpful. We went with the MoFi Ultradeck and he guided me to a cartridge based on what I was looking for, then a complimentary phono stage and cables. Your setup process was a major factor in deciding to buy from Upscale. I didn't want to tackle cartridge setup, so looking forward to getting back to vinyl after a 30 year layoff!”
