“It took almost 3 weeks for the boot to ship even with 2nd day selected which isnt fully UroTuning’s fault but I wasn’t made aware that it would be that long, otherwise they were very good and the person from support i talked to was awesome.”

“Delivery was excellent as always and everything was well packaged. Installation was mostly straightforward with the instructions. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that I was given an error code that was caused by the metal nipple for the intake flap vacuum line being plugged by the silicone on the J pipe. The solution was to poke a hole through the metal nipple and that solved all issues. After that it was excellent. Turbo and DV were both much louder.”

“Ordered a rear wiper delete for a MK6 gti. I was impressed with the machined aluminum nut and the simplicity of it going together. The paint in the other hand is another story. From a distance of 5ft or so it looks fine, up close to looked like it was rushed it was bubbly and not good looking at all. I soaked it in acetone and removed the paint took fine sand paper and made it really smooth. Cleaned it off and painted it and it turned out really good. Just be ready for it incase it doesn't look good.”

“First, I would like to say the product was exactly what I wanted and am very pleased after my install. Also, I purchase the product on a Black Friday sale and got an excellent price. Second, When I ordered the Milltek exhaust system for my 2012 R55 Mini Cooper on Black Friday I figured a couple of weeks for delivery because of the holidays. After waiting seven days after payment and receiving no information I became concerned. I first emailed URO and again received no response after a day. I then called and was able to speak to a customer service rep. immediately. The rep. informed me that all Milltek products are made special in the UK after being ordered. If I had known this at the start it wouldn't have changed my order but they really should have mentioned it. After the phone call I received a response from my earlier email. I was told they would let me know when shipped. I received the product after the first of the new year.”

“I purchased the 2.5" EroWise lift kit for my 2009 Porsche Cayenne S that I'm turning into an offroad vehicle. I ordered the non-painted aluminum spacers and I received the different style red anodized aluminum. It is what it is, I couldn't wait for new ones to be shipped. But I am happy with the look of the red.”

“Everything Uro sells that’s CTS and some other products are all drop-ship from the manufacturer. They don’t stock anything and this just ads to shipping delays.”
