Nothing special at all…edges were rough not sanded down…the cuts were inconsistent across the whole piece…Worst part is this generic piece is almost $300 and there is no refund. If the quality is not top notch, don’t sell to the public.!

We are very sorry to hear that you are not happy with your purchase. These splitters are designed to be installed as an added look to the vehicle. These are not molded pieces that are formed to the bumper. We have other options for most vehicles if you are interested in something else.

Tried to get in contact with customer service 3 times, the only time I got connected I was transferred to sales and left on hold for an half hour before the call the disconnected.

Took car to shop to install few hours later they called me to tell me only way to install was shaving the piece because they tried with lube and wiggling it but some of the areas on the part actually didn't match with the engine mount and yes I checked and it said correct fitment for vehicle before I purchased and didn't bother to ask for refund or exchange because they ask for restocking fees so I let them cut it but if the part didn't have to be modified I will say does make car feel better specially if your car has engine mods because feels more solid

Not a great place to shop or order from. Avoid this business...Beware!! Money you spend through them doesn't mean anything even if your spending thousands of dollars on a new build. No special deals or discounts. Coilovers I purchased were lost in shipment NOT bad weather, that I've been waiting 8 weeks to receive, yet the company Five8 Industries or Urotuning, didn't do anything to correct the situation ASAP. I was expected to wait many more weeks for UPS to do a investigation before I could get product I paid for in full. I'll be doing the rest of my build through a different company that gives a sh*t about my business and wants to earn it. Maybe martiniworks.com will get all my business now.. I hope the loss of business and this review will, find its way into the hands of shoppers before they purchase from Urotuning

Jonathan, We sincerely regret any inconvenience you've experienced. The coilovers were dispatched directly from the manufacturer via UPS, as they were not part of our regular inventory. Unfortunately, UPS encountered severe weather conditions in your area on 1/23, leading to a delay in the delivery attempt. By 1/24, when UPS was ready to successfully deliver the item, we had already taken proactive steps to cancel the order and redirect the package, as per your request. Please be assured that we made every effort to expedite the process and ensure a prompt resolution. Even if an alternative set had been dispatched by the manufacturer, it wouldn't have reached you sooner than the original package. Noticed the fitment was loose for 3 of the 8 lifters. I measured them against my OEM lifters and the lifters that fit to find out they're almost 1 mil undersized.

Be careful. The pictures are kinda blurry so it’s hard to actually see what you’re buying. I should’ve looked a little hard as I thought I was buying a side skirt. Turns out it’s just some sheets of fiberglass that go under your side skirt. And of course there are no returns so I’m just out that money I spent.

We are sorry that you feel like you wasted your money on this item. It is pictured on the site that these are splitters and not side skirts. We also have an install video that shows you what these are and how to attach them to your vehicle. Unfortunately, these are not able to be returned once you order them as they are cut to order. However, we are more than happy to help if you would like to order something else.

If you are wanting to buy something go elsewhere! Customer service is bad and are no help at all basically wasted my money and time with a purchase.Sent me two of the same seals and couldn’t help me considering it wasn’t what I ordered they knew it wasn’t wat I ordered but continued to say they couldn’t help me or do anything about it

Davine, I apologize for the issues with the seal that you ordered. Looking into this it appears the image was incorrect for the part number order. However, VW was not able to locate the part that we had a photo of. If you have a part number from the actual part that you need are you able to email that to us? This way we can send it to VW and see if they can track down the correct part needed.

Received the wrong part through a dropshipper. Contacted customer service who didn't reply for a 5 business days. called with no answer after a 15 minute hold time. I received a email reply while on hold that requested more info this was day 5. Waited 1 more day with no reply and then sent a follow up email back giving up and requesting a refund, which was promptly processed.

I will NEVER buy Konig wheels ever again, and tell everyone I know to do the same - KONIG is a dishonest company! I bought multiple wheels from them to try test fitting knowing I would have to pay shipping fees. I unpackaged the wheel on my sofa. I never took off the plastic sheath that protects the outer wheel. I used gloves, never mounted the tire, and only finger-tightened two lugs. The wheel was always on furniture blanks and never touched the ground; all this to protect the wheel from damage to ensure I get a refund. I sent the wheel back and Konig denied the refund. I saw a picture of a long scratch straight down the center. I assume they used a box cutter to open the package and the knife's edge dragged across the top of the wheel. I know I did not make this scratch. I know because I have pictures and video of the wheel's condition and my packaging of the wheel. In fact, I took photos during the whole installation as well. I even sent photos to UroTuning before the return. UroTunning gave me the refund anyway, so didn't have to go to war, but, as I said, NEVER BUY KONIG!

Daniel, We are sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with Konig. I see that we were able to help you out in this case and get things resolved. In situations like this, it is hard to know where the issue lies as there could have been an issue during transit that caused the scratches.
