“Absolutely love my sisters and brothers at UroTuning!! Always so helpful and so easy to work with!! The Respect Your Elders shirts are absolutely undefeated and hope to see a mk1 TT design one day! Mines a beautiful nardo grey if yall are interested:) its always so easy to pick out my parts from other cars case i have my car saved on my profile and i can just buy from the ones i specifically need! The filer I chose was an OE replacement and exactly what i was looking for! “I ordered a CTS Turbo Inlet Pipe which arrived with visible scratches and finish defects. Unfortunately, your customer service was unhelpful and redirected me to CTS Turbo, who also did not provide any real support. This has been a disappointing experience, and it will be the first and last time I order from you due to the poor after-sales service.”

We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience. We did look into your concern right away and followed the proper warranty process for CTS Turbo products, as all manufacturing-related issues and warranty concerns are handled directly by CTS. We forwarded your photos to CTS and also followed up with them on your behalf. Their team confirmed that the light scuffs shown in the pictures are cosmetic only and will not affect installation, performance, or long-term use of the inlet. Since the item is fully functional, they advised moving forward with installation. We understand this may not have been the answer you were hoping for, but we did everything we could within the manufacturer’s warranty procedure to make sure you received accurate information. If you have any other questions or need help with anything else, please feel free to reach out to us. We’re always here to help!

“The product was good, the packaging tight and it came in a cool little box. My only issue was the shipping, USPS took over a month to get me some spark plugs. I’m happy with UroTuning, not so much with USPS.”

“UroTuning a a great spot for any VW/Audi/Porche (and more!) enthusiast. The've got top notch parts, and even some more affordable pieces that are quality and won't break the bank. I have not had to deal with Customer Service because my orders have been perfect. I would also assume thier tech support is good too , but cannot speak to that as of yet -- but that will change as i take on bigger projects. Thanks!”

“Adapator came with extra metal shavings inside. We had to flush and Rethread the smaller Pipe threads located on sides. This adaptor allows you to attach to main oil pressure sensor and then lets you thread the original sensor into adaptor, letting you road test and monitor oil pressure. This is great as this particular series engine 2.0, has warnings coming up intermittantly. We also noticed who ever made said adaptor, threaded the "PIPE" threads, too far into adaptor. We had to install a new brass threaded plug and wrap teflon pipe tape to ensure zero leakage.”
