“These guys are so much easier to deal with than the 'way too big for their shoes' competitor (begins with an E, ends with an S.. had a C in the middle). UroTuning has had the parts I've needed, has sent me the CORRECT parts I've ordered every time and as a whole has just been great to work with.”

“Easy installation. I would suggest to use a socket extension to make the process faster and easier. It took me 20 minutes from the unboxing to calibration. I don’t know why incident do it sooner. There’s a significant difference in throttle response. It “wakes” the car up. Great purchase for the price!”

“First off, I want to thank the Urutuning customer service team with helping me with some slight hiccup on the purchasing end. Everything was resolved in a timely manner and they were very supportive. Once I installed the stage 1 91 octane on my MK 7.5 Golf se, I was able to noticed the change significantly. I had to learn how to hold back because the torque was too much fun. I occasionally drive on Angeles Crest and my fun time was the downhill experience, but now, I can enjoy both uphill and downhill. Of course it's not a GTI or breaking 1000hp but to me, it was so worth it for my golf se. This feeling of the car is how it should have been running and I'm looking into possibly going up the stages as more savings come along. Thank you once again Urotuning for the support and wonderful service!”

We’re glad to hear the wheel bolts fit perfectly once received. Looking into the order, we found that a cancellation request was sent after business hours due to the incorrect size being selected during checkout. By the time we reviewed the message the next business day, the order had already shipped. We did offer the option to return or exchange the bolts for the correct size once delivered. Shipping charges cover the postal service used to deliver the order, and unfortunately, are not something we’re able to reimburse in cases where the incorrect item was ordered accidentally.
