“My order was delayed (because it came directly from the manufacturer), but Urotuning was bery communicative and transparent, as always. I'd rather shop here and wait than shop elsewhere and not receive the same level of service. Y'all are always super solid.”

“UroTuning is a very straightforward and probably have one of the best customer service! Called due to a part being out of stock and one of the online agents quickly helped me find a better replacement and that replacement got here within 2 days ! “I still haven't received any sticker. So, my experiences so far have not been positive. I waited and waited I even emailed in and asked if I could just get 2 of the white with black UroTuning stickers. And got no response.”

Hello Chris! Sorry to hear you did not receive your sticker. We could not find an email from the email address associated with your order. We send sticker-only orders with USPS in an envelope, as it is the most economical way to send them. A replacement order has been made and sent your way.

“Product was great however website was misleading and shipping took a life time. Website said I stock I placed the order. Few days later I received an email saying it was gonna take longer then expected… I replied how long and was told end of the month ok no worries end of the month came and no update I reached out well now it’s not in stock and back ordered from there supplier… ok how long end of the month ok no worries again no update nothing at the end of the month after a few back and forth emails I was told that the supplier has gotten back to them and it would be the end of the month at this point I’m not happy but still need/want my order so whatever…. Finally about 1.5 months later I get a tracking number and my product showed up without any further issues. I was in contact with 2-3 customer services reps while this took place btw and not one offered any compensation for there shipping/stock issues I could care less tbh but it’s that extra mile that stands out in instances like this and well I’m just disappointed.”
