“I installed the CTS Turbo Cold Air Intake on my 2022 Audi A4 B9.5 45 TFSI, and overall, it’s been a great upgrade. Installation was straightforward no surprises or tricky fitment issues. If you’re even a little mechanically inclined, you can definitely tackle it yourself in the driveway. Pros: The sound is hands-down one of the best parts. You immediately notice that deep whoosh and turbo spool — it adds some real character to the drive. Visually, it looks amazing under the hood and gives the engine bay a more aggressive, performance-oriented look. Cons: On hot days, the car does feel a bit sluggish. Nothing dramatic, but enough to notice. It’s not a mod you want to push hard in high temps. That said, on cooler days? It wakes the car up. Throttle response is sharper, and the driving experience is genuinely more fun. Because of that, I’d highly recommend pairing this intake with the CTS intercooler — especially if you live in a warmer climate. UroTuning carries it, and it’s next on my list. UroTuning Experience: Top-notch. I paid $299.99 for the intake, and just a couple days later they dropped the price. I emailed customer service and asked if they’d honor the new price — and they did, no hassle. That kind of customer support goes a long way. Overall, this intake is a great first step into the performance world and pairs especially well with other CTS upgrades. Would definitely recommend both the product and UroTuning as a retailer.”

“They have a decent website and thats about it. You can never get ahold of anybody by phone especially if it is a customer service issue. After 3 days of trying I finally sent an email, Dustin responded, I responded with images for a return, he emailed me back saying that he had processed the warranty claim and that the vendor was sending new bearings. He didn't ask if that is what I wanted so I called immediately after receiving his email to no surprise he didn't answer. I responded with another email and questioned why no one ever picks up a phone and he responded with a lame excuse that he was gone the week before, not realizing that I had just called in the middle of our email chain which spanned over 30 minutes. Anyways he said he would process it as a return and half assed apologized for not asking how I wanted to proceed. Also the RMA label does not get shipped the same way it got shipped, example I received the package via FedEx and had to send it back via USPS which is a total pain in the ass since my local USPS is only open 830-430 and I work 8-5 which means I have to leave work early to ship the package back. Needless to say Urotuning has a long way to go before they reach the level of FCPEURO.COM and my personal opinion for anyone needing BMW parts use FCPEURO.COM.”
