“Product was great however website was misleading and shipping took a life time. Website said I stock I placed the order. Few days later I received an email saying it was gonna take longer then expected… I replied how long and was told end of the month ok no worries end of the month came and no update I reached out well now it’s not in stock and back ordered from there supplier… ok how long end of the month ok no worries again no update nothing at the end of the month after a few back and forth emails I was told that the supplier has gotten back to them and it would be the end of the month at this point I’m not happy but still need/want my order so whatever…. Finally about 1.5 months later I get a tracking number and my product showed up without any further issues. I was in contact with 2-3 customer services reps while this took place btw and not one offered any compensation for there shipping/stock issues I could care less tbh but it’s that extra mile that stands out in instances like this and well I’m just disappointed.”

We weren’t able to find any prior emails, calls, or return requests regarding this order, so we’re surprised to see that you felt a return wasn’t possible. These O2 sensor spacers are a universal fit and utilize standard NPT (National Pipe Thread), which is the common thread type used for O2 sensor bungs. That said, we understand that certain exhaust setups or space constraints can sometimes create fitment challenges. We’ve gone ahead and initiated a return request on your behalf so we can better understand what didn’t line up and work toward a resolution. “The product was fine, but the Clutch Masters Mk7 2.0T TSI Clutch Kit I bought with it began slipping on my car after 10,000 miles. The break-in and installation were done properly. Just kind of a crappy experience overall. I have moved on to a different set up, thats about the same price and holds more power and has a lighter clutch pedal.”
