“Received the item with at apart because a pin fell out during shipment. Have yet to get a replacement even after two interactions (email and phone) with auto to resolve the issue. At this time, I have no intentions of buying from them again. Let’s see if they can actually fix this.”

“I'm sad to give such a low rating but I've not received any help regarding Order 20993129 SBS Valve Motor Simulator bag didnt have the 98380A457 416 Stainless Steel Dowel Pins, 7/64" Diameter, 1" Long. I have everything except fhe one dowel pin . Ive searched through everything repeatedly, its very frustrating to miss this key component. And I just placed an order for an intake, just hoping the pieces are included. Id appreciate any help. Its the weekend and a holiday really looked forward to have this done today. ... I received the mst intake no problem. And everything was in the package. The AWE is still unresolved since the 16th of January. Ive received no help with this.”
