“I ordered what I thought were a few simple items. Spark Plugs, some O-rings, Sealant and a Serpentine belt. 3 of the 5 were 'in stock'. Two were to ship in '2-3 business days'. I had the car apart and was ready for the parts. I ordered them 6/5/2026 and finally received them 6/24/2026. I had to call and ask, no heads up that there was a delay, no communication of any kind. Almost 3 weeks (after my inquisition to get the ball rolling) is much longer than '2-3 Business days'!! I've ordered several other parts since, thankfully NOT from UroTuning, which actually did arrive within days!”

“The guys at Urotuning are amazing… I was shopping online and I’m fairly close to their shop and was debating on visiting their shop and picking up an ECS Tuning intake for my VW Tiggy. They had them In stock and put it to the side for me. Ended up shipping anyways, but the shipping was quick!”

“The selection of parts is never short-sighted. There are great parts available and some others which are OEM and are more budget minded, without suffering in quality. I am a little more at the fix stage. Even the OEM has variations in the durability of parts. Application descriptions help eliminate parts which might not fit.”

“Rear brake lines fit without issue. The front brake lines are NOT designed for a TTRS. They’re designed for a TT or TTS. Disappointing that I paid for a full set but can only utilize the rear set, especially when your website states that they’re compatible with the TTRS variant.”

“Great service. My grill badge broke...ordered a new one which turned out to be for the back of the car and not the front. I called custer service and they helped me return the one I oredered and then set me up with sales to get the correct one. Julian from sales ordered the part I wanted from BMW and kept me updated via text on the process. Super helpful. The part was very easy to change. The old one just pulled off at an angle to make sure you get all the sticker off. Clean a little with alcohol and stick the new one on. Looks great.”

“Taking over three months for the product to finally arrive. Furthermore, the shipping cost provided at checkout was misleading. I was unexpectedly required to pay an additional shipping charge after the purchase was already completed, which is an unacceptable business practice. Due to the severe shipping delays and the lack of transparency regarding costs, I will not be returning as a customer in the future.”
