Fluids and certain oversized or hazardous-material products do not qualify for free shipping due to carrier restrictions and shipping cost surcharges. “JB4 Pro is easy to use and install. Changing maps is a push of a button. Automatic logging feature works great and makes it easy to analyse the data. It was easy to update the firmware. Gauge feature is nice but I don't look at them much, too busy driving. Love the Burger products.”

“I'm writing because I had a terrible experience with customer service and I'd love if I could save anyone the trouble of experiencing what I did. I ordered a kit to replace the turbo in my car on August 20th. I recieved an email the following day saying that the order was processing. No big deal at this point. I was in a bit of a rush to get my tools and the site claims to send out within 3 days. On August 25th I send an email to customer service just asking for an update on my order. The first response from customer service was prompt and informative- they were waiting on parts and they wouldn't ship out until next week. As I said before, I was in a hurry so I ordered parts elsewhere that would arrive sooner. I unfortunately sent a request to cancel my order on the same day and recieved a reply three days later from Jahvis Sawney saying that I could not cancel my order becaude it already shipped. I had recieved no updates on shipping at this time and had checked tracking to learn that this was just a bold faced lie. I responded to Jahvis saying that per his more agreeable associate the parts were not going to arrive when I needed them. My dear friend Jahvis proceeded to wait until one minute after the package shipped out the following day to tell me that my package had shipped and nothing could be done. Don't buy from here, please.”
