“I recently purchased the BFI GSAR heavyweight shift knob which took about 6 weeks to receive. The problem was BFI was waiting for the shift coin to be manufactured and available for shipping with the completed purchase. After receiving it was WORTH THE WAIT! This is the ulitamte is heavyweight knobs. Super slick looking and functions with a real smooth driving and shifting experience. No doubt this is something you definitely won't regret purchasing.”

“I just want to compliment the customer service department of Urotuning! My son bought some rims and for his birthday we were getting them placed for him on his car while he was out of town. Anyway, there was a lot of confusion with these rims and what type of Lugnuts they needed. The company did a great job of helping me through this by using the chat feature!”

“The website is very good. The selection for my mk8 is very good. The prices are ok. One of my purchases for a shift knob I am still waiting for after 3weeks. But im waiting for it to ship directly from the manufacturer. I guess that is not really urotuning fault. And I was very pleased that a urotuning agent did reach out after a time to touch base to let me know i hadn't been forgotten. So that earned them a 4th star. Id up load a picture...but im still waiting on my part.”

“Uro tuning has had most of the parts for VW Jetta been working out great only q woes were the subframe bolt kit being rearward bolts were recently discontinued and I received 8.8 hardware and washers rather than the oem stretch bolts got refunded for the purchase minus shipping. All other dealings were spot on.”
