“I would to write a great review for my Velt carbon fiber inner door pull cups but I still don't have them. It been well over 45 days. Tracking says "label created" on 8/6/2025. It is now the 21st and still no movement on my package.”

“I ordered on two separate occasions, and both times I had to get a refund because the product I ordered was either not in stock, or it got lost in transit. The only good thing is they refunded my money, I will not be using them again.”

At the time, it was on backorder, which we communicated to you via email. You asked us to cancel the order, and we issued a full refund that same day. On your second order, the item was shipped out promptly, but unfortunately, it was lost in transit after being handed off to the shipping carrier. As soon as we were made aware, we offered either a replacement or a refund. Since you had already sold the vehicle, you requested a refund, which we processed right away. While we regret that things didn’t work out, in both situations we responded quickly and resolved the orders according to your requests.
