“I'm impressed with a great care UroTuning took to protect their merchandise. An enclosed picture shows that great level of care. My well protected carbon fiber fuel cap cover arrived within a week of placing an order.”

“The service was 5/5. The item came in less than 2 days. The actual item I could not use, however. I did read one of the several reviews that said it may not be compatible with my part and still purchased the item. I wanted a small part of the key fob to replace on my oem one that had broken. I now just have a key fob and no use for it. I will keep it around just in case. I will purchase from Uro again purely for how good of a service I received.”

“I made the mistake of ordering through your business and you sent it via USPS. The parcel has not arrived and we have no record with our Postal Service of them having received the parcel. I presume it will never arrive. It certainly was less expensive with USPS than a regular Courier and now I know why very disappointing.”

After reviewing your shipment, we can confirm that your package is currently in transit within your country and is still moving through the delivery process. International shipments, especially those sent via USPS First Class International, can take anywhere from 7–21 business days (or longer depending on customs processing in the destination country). At checkout, we do offer multiple shipping options, including faster courier services as well as the option to prepay duties and taxes to help streamline customs clearance. The USPS First Class option selected is the most economical method, but it does come with longer transit times and limited tracking updates once the package leaves the United States. While we always do our best to provide accurate estimates and reliable service, the shipping carrier and customs process are unfortunately outside of our control. That said, we’re here to help.
