“I bought this item because I needed a hybrid oil pan on my 1.8t mk1 rabbit conversion setup. I actually bought 2, one for another car I have. I love the fact you guys sell it with all hardware and gaskets and you can just feel the quality. It fit perfectly, like its OEM. Although I never received the (Urotuning) stickers that I was told I would get in the email. Also not that this a deal breaker for future orders but UPS was nothing but issues. They lost the paperwork for the package and their customer service was clueless. Hope you’ll use a different company in the future. Not the first time. Over all I’m happy with the item purchased. Thanks.”

“You sent me the wrong part, pay for next delivery on original order- returned the part, customer servicepromised to resend the replacement part with next day delivery still haven’t received the replacement an it’s 1/1/26. Apparently it is still stuck in transit. I am very just satisfied at this point”

“Widely known that Maxton has long leadtimes. UroTuning kept in touch and the part actually came in before promised by weeks. Piece (rear valence for M2325i) was easy to install and looks fine. Overpriced for its' size but happy with the new look.”

“I am very disappointed you do not have a pick up option on your website for your local customers. I will not longer buy from you because I don't want to pay for shipping when im right down the road from your location. I should not have to wait 5 days to receive a order from you when im right down the road.”

While we do our best to support our local customers, our website does not currently offer a pickup at store option because many of the products we sell are shipped directly from our suppliers and are not stocked at our local facility. Offering pickup at checkout would, unfortunately, create confusion for customers ordering items that are not physically available on site. “The best customer service in the market! I ordered a Urotuning shift knob that was back ordered. I was notified it was in promptly, I made a mistake on my shipping address and they literally walked to the warehouse and changed it before it got on the truck. I got the shift knob quickly, the packaging is top tier with a custom box, foam cut outs for the shifter, all tools included, online install video, easy install, premium feel, and exact fit. 10 out of 10 would recommend.”

The Maxton item you ordered on October 5th was listed on our site as a pre-order with an estimated lead time of approximately 13 weeks. When you reached out on October 25th, we confirmed an updated estimated arrival date of December 15th, which was still within the stated pre-order timeframe. Once a chargeback has been filed and the payment has been reversed by your bank, we are no longer permitted to deliver the item. Because of this, the shipment was redirected back to the manufacturer, which is standard procedure in these situations. We always aim to be transparent with timelines and communicate updates as they become available, and we’re sorry this experience did not meet your expectations.
