“Easiest coil pack install ever. Coil packs and plugs came very well packaged. They were the correct plugs and an upgrade over the stock angle plugs for VW. Also changed paper air filter while I’m waiting to upgrade the intake. Noticed a better throttle response right away. Cleaner and smoother accelerations also.”

“The sway bar set for my 2006 A8 wasn't powder coated as advertise, the paint was already starting to scatch off... BBQ Black?? Also, the driver side, 10mm threaded hole wasn't deep enough to use the stock bolt, although the passenger side was the correct depth. Additionally, the shipping box was in such bad shape that I was concerned the parts were damaged... they were not. I realize that this was a drop-ship order from TGK, so not entirely UroTuning's fault.”

“I recently installed the wiper delete and I was impressed with the fit and finish. The rear wiper has always been an eyesore since the plastic fades in the sun. I would recommend this to all GTI owners!”

“When a company's website says fitment for a part "fiis" your car, you expect it to fit. Uncharacteristic to this company, the part arrived in a loose box without manufacturer packaging, loosely packaged as if the part had been previously returned. The loose brown paper was the only protective packaging, and no instructions/literature were included. Not a great start. Then when the part didn't fit, UroTuning balked at taking back the part they said would fit. They finally relented and sent a return label. I packaged the part on the same packaging they used, in perfect condition. When the part arrived at UroTuning, they notified me that they could not refund the cost of the part because it arrived damaged. How? Was it because UPS man-handled the package? Or because UroTuning never had the intent to refund me for something that never had a chance to fit my car. UroTuning should never have sent a part that never had a chance of fitting,without original packaging. I will not do business with this company again.”
