“I ordered a brake kit for the front and rear brakes on my mini Cooper f56. The rear brakes worked fine but the front brakes were for a completely different car. I returned them to get a replacement nearly a month after notifying them that the wrong brakes were sent to me. Only the replacement kit was for another completely different car. I have now had to sent that kit back and still waiting for my refund”

“As always, Urotuning made another part of my building on my 2024 Audi RS3, a Huge success. My new Intergrated Engineering inner cooler came in and boy I can’t wait for my slot to open at my Technician s shop. Now the prefomance of the car will be immediately noticed. No more heat soaking and plenty cooler AITs. Thanks to my guy Kevin Seus, I’m a happy customer again..”

“The engine gasket that is labled on UroTuning's website as perfectly compatible with my exact engine and model of BMW e39, does not fit; it's completely different. I've been waiting +1 week to get a response from customer service. Not happy with the experience. Own up to your mistakes and issue me a return label so I can move on with fixing my car.”

“My mechanic put in the catback so so I didn't see the install. He said it went fine and everything looks good. I really like the sound (stock down pipe, track edition) Maybe have a little more low end but it's hard to tell.”

“The kit was miss leading in what you were get it said ignition chip, but it was only the plug wires. The kit should have more detailed to it because people were thinking you were getting the wires the plugs and the coil pack very misleading.”
