“I purchased 15 mm front and 20 mm rear wheel spacers and I am extremely pleased. No rubbing at all and the car looks great. Its all stock except for the spacers and has less than 15000 miles on the car.”

“Customer service sucks. They actually solocite tips for answer the phone. LOL XXL Buy what you know, but the reps can't answer any questions about what you bought. They can barely find a tracking number but that is it. Caveat empator”

We reviewed your phone call with our Customer Service team, as well as the concerns you sent to us by email, which a member of our management team responded to directly. Our rewards program requires customers to choose to enroll in order to participate. We do not automatically enroll customers based on their purchase history, as not every customer may want to participate in a rewards program or have an account created on their behalf. During the call, our representative attempted to explain the enrollment process and assist with your questions. However, the call ended before our representative was given the opportunity to fully address your concerns or clarify how the rewards program works. Once enrolled, eligible points associated with your account can be accessed through the rewards program. Our team does not have the ability to enroll customers on their behalf or bypass the enrollment requirement based on previous purchases. “Wanted to let you know that 2 out of the 6 coils I order didn’t work. Kept getting check engine light. Had my mechanic check my car and scanner kept coming out with misfire. I ended up putting my old coils back and notice the problem went away. It is possible to send me two replacements for those. Only saying because I paid for 6 working coils not 4.”

“Urotuning was pretty quick to get it shipped. They sell pretty cool stuff I'll do more business with them. I did purchase a set of spacer lug studs for a 1999 beetle but received the wrong thread pitch even though the beetle was selected as the vehicle to shop for. No huge deal I'll but the correct ones from them when I have the extra cash”

“It was the wrong part and I opened it and couldnt return it cause I had thrown away the packaging and I coulnt figure out how to even initiate a return. The part cost me 80$ and partsgeek had the right part for 25$. I used urotuning for a while, but wrong part and I have to swallow 80$... Partsgeek is who I will order all my parts from from now on. Goodbye urotuning”

“Part came in a reasonable amount of time. Part was exactly what i wanted. It was shipped internationally to canada, the shipping company didn't really communicate to the email or phone number when they were showing up to the shop, luckily someone was around at the time. But i dont think thats Uro Tunings fault by any means.”

“I have brought other part from urotuning and were very good but this last part was not so good far fitting my car it was made a little to big the brake caliber was made to fit my 2020 Audi A3 Quattro maybe some other type of car in process of looking for a RMD number to return I needed to get it else where that the only reason for three star the other part was a oil pan for 2017 VW GTI which was perfect fit 5 star”

“I've been looking for a front splitter for my RS7 since I bought the car. Been on several cites and none ever had them. And when you ask a guy who had one on his, naturally he wouldn't respond. So glad I found one as it looks amazing and how the front end should look.”
