Stay away unless you have alot of time to spare. It took two weeks to get my motor mounts. When they finally did arrive, they were damaged. Now I am waiting for the replacements… When I spoke with customer service and asked for these to be rushed since my car has been on a garage’s lift for 2 weeks already, they said they would see what they could do. That was a week ago. I just received an email update today saying they are just getting ready to ship…. Ground shipping. Not rushed in any way.

I purchased side marker lights for $19.95. I went to return them because I needed side reflectors instead. It’s only been a week never took them out the pack but they want to charge me $10.00 to return them.

Not impressed. Worked 3 days, quit working, factory bulbs work. Have called twice, phone system hangs up on you after being on hold for 5 minutes. Left one voicemail, no return call in 9 days. Finally emailed, say 2-3 day to respond. Will not order anything else until it resolved, seem to get 1-2 emails a day selling something from them.

The Eventuri intake I got doesn't stay sealed; disconnecting from turbo inlet pipe, and the rest of the intake system. It pops off under any load, making a loud pop. I suspect this isn't the fault of Eventuri, because the turbo inlet I got from Urotuning, isn't the correct part. This elbow in the picture is what I received for the kit. I believe the correct part is a smooth wrapped elbow. I attempted to bring this to Urotunings attention on March 30 via email; called and texted a week later. Then finally reached out to sales, who also believes it's the wrong part. As of April 11, no response. I wanted to wait, to rate this intake. As it stands this intake isn't viable for my 2026 vw Golf R.

Shipping takes forever, and items arrive with wear on them and maybe in mismatched boxes as I've experienced. Also items seem to be used or refurbished which is never included in the description process. Some boxes of item are usually trashed and beat up held together with tape. After spending over $1k you'd expect for the presentation of the boxes not to have holes and wear reinforced by tape. Furthermore it is very hard to get in contact with Urotuning after your purchases.

Not only was the part wrong, but the oil cooler construction, including the gasket, was inferior. Product quality was clearly lacking. The gasket was minimal when compared to the factory gasket. That part is difficult to access and replace, thus you definitely want quality parts so there is no chance of a failure and a re-do. This product did NOT meet that standard.

your pictures showed rubber stickers like I have always ordered that go on with super glue . but what I got was stick on letters that are worthless to me . not even made of rubber . you even said rubber and a bottle of super glue in your listing. why the bait and switch . I will give you a chance to fix this before I leave my online reviews

Horrible customer service. I called and the wrong order was sent. I spoke to thier customer service and was told the product does not exist in their system. Then I received an email from thier customer support saying the item I wanted is available. I got excited and responded to her email. Then I got ghosted. Then I decided to call multiple messages later... NOTHING!!! MANAGEMENT PLEASE CONTACT ME ASAP...

Hello Steven! We never received a response to Kelsey's email from the 13th. I am assuming you would like to proceed with exchanging your spacers for a 5x112 to 5x120 wheel adapter. I will have Kelsey send another email with the options available.

Taking longer to figure out a way to get this broken product back to them that doesnt cost me money to get something I paid for shipped to me unbroken. The car needs to run in order for me to go to the city library to use a printer you say I need to print a label that saves me $30 in shipping to have broken product sent back to you. Its not like I didnt order the part to have a running vehicle to begin with.

Hello Joshua, We were unaware that you did not have access to a printer to print the shipping label we provided. A replacement order has been made for the damaged part. We will charge your method of payment for the second part if the part is not returned in a timely manner.

Product was great however website was misleading and shipping took a life time. Website said I stock I placed the order. Few days later I received an email saying it was gonna take longer then expected… I replied how long and was told end of the month ok no worries end of the month came and no update I reached out well now it’s not in stock and back ordered from there supplier… ok how long end of the month ok no worries again no update nothing at the end of the month after a few back and forth emails I was told that the supplier has gotten back to them and it would be the end of the month at this point I’m not happy but still need/want my order so whatever…. Finally about 1.5 months later I get a tracking number and my product showed up without any further issues. I was in contact with 2-3 customer services reps while this took place btw and not one offered any compensation for there shipping/stock issues I could care less tbh but it’s that extra mile that stands out in instances like this and well I’m just disappointed.

I'm sad to give such a low rating but I've not received any help regarding Order 20993129 SBS Valve Motor Simulator bag didnt have the 98380A457 416 Stainless Steel Dowel Pins, 7/64" Diameter, 1" Long. I have everything except fhe one dowel pin . Ive searched through everything repeatedly, its very frustrating to miss this key component. And I just placed an order for an intake, just hoping the pieces are included. Id appreciate any help. Its the weekend and a holiday really looked forward to have this done today. ... I received the mst intake no problem. And everything was in the package. The AWE is still unresolved since the 16th of January. Ive received no help with this.
