I ordered a CTS Turbo Inlet Pipe which arrived with visible scratches and finish defects. Unfortunately, your customer service was unhelpful and redirected me to CTS Turbo, who also did not provide any real support. This has been a disappointing experience, and it will be the first and last time I order from you due to the poor after-sales service.

Sent me 2 sets of 2 different coils, one set had been installed prior and was 10 years older production dated. Called twice, emailed, texted, it’s been a month no resolution.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience and completely understand your frustration. The coil pack kit you ordered ships directly from one of our suppliers, and unfortunately, it appears they sent a mixed set that included older stock and or used coils. Once we received your photos, our team immediately forwarded them to the supplier for review and requested replacements. They have since confirmed that they will resolve this issue immediately. While we don’t have direct control over how quickly the supplier processes the replacement, we are continuing to follow up to make sure this is handled properly. We sincerely apologize for the delay and inconvenience this has caused.

You sold me a broken pump knowing it was broken just to get it out of your inventory. Next time beat up the box you ship it in so it matches what’s inside. Luckily I received my money back. Thanks for the headache.

On the web site it asked for year make and model. I put all that information in and looked up the part I needed and got the wrong part. Thought I would just return it but it would coast me me to return it then the actual order so now I have a useless part.

According to your site the plugs were the right ones, when I received them, they weren't. I did my research and found the right ones and confirmed it by taking the ones in my car off and check again on your site and it showed that it does not fit on my car. Returned plugs showed you received them, then I got another email saying I own more money when the right plus are actually cheaper! Emailed back, now I have yet to hear anything!! I have ordered a lot from this company and I can't believe this turned out the way it did over spark plugs.... Oh well

I ordered a shift knob that I payed about 210$ and then I changed my mind and decided to return the unopened package, Urotuning advised me that I will pay de returning fees which was fine but then started to up charge me with some more fees that makes absolutely no sens and finally offered me to refund only 14$, which I personally find disrespectful.

I received my springs three days late and came in a FedEx box not in its original box. All the springs scratched thrown in the box on top of each other very disappointed. I emailed and called URO tuning I made a claim. still waiting they’re asking for more photos. I don’t have the time. I needed another set. That’s in its original box or my money back. now this is going to three weeks I will never do business with you guys again.

It took too long to get the right parts even when I purchased another set to get them quickly. You were going to send the wrong parts and when I told you that you were, you put the whole order on hold for extra week. And you still sent the wrong parts. Plus I still haven't received my whole refund from the 1st order.

Second time I have ordered parts for my mrk1 tt that were incorrect. Sent a photo to show it’s the wrong fitment and was denied a return because part was considered out of packaging and dirty. Really disappointing to keep purchasing parts listed for my vechile that are incorrect.

Supposed to fit Audi A4 B7 2.0t. In no way will this lock the flywheel on this engine with a manual transmission.
