We are sorry to hear you feel this way. After reviewing your order, the original shipment was not successfully delivered. Once you notified us of the issue, we immediately arranged a replacement shipment at no additional cost, exactly as discussed. The replacement item is currently out for delivery today via FedEx. Additionally, the replacement relay was not available in our inventory at the time the replacement order was processed, so we sourced one from a local supplier and shipped it as soon as it arrived. Tracking information for the replacement shipment was sent to the email address associated with your order. While we understand the frustration caused by shipping issues, we respectfully disagree with the characterization that we did not resolve the matter. “received only 2 out of the 3 items, and I have been trying to resolve this issue fora while now and have not heard back. “When a company's website says fitment for a part "fiis" your car, you expect it to fit. Uncharacteristic to this company, the part arrived in a loose box without manufacturer packaging, loosely packaged as if the part had been previously returned. The loose brown paper was the only protective packaging, and no instructions/literature were included. Not a great start. Then when the part didn't fit, UroTuning balked at taking back the part they said would fit. They finally relented and sent a return label. I packaged the part on the same packaging they used, in perfect condition. When the part arrived at UroTuning, they notified me that they could not refund the cost of the part because it arrived damaged. How? Was it because UPS man-handled the package? Or because UroTuning never had the intent to refund me for something that never had a chance to fit my car. UroTuning should never have sent a part that never had a chance of fitting,without original packaging. I will not do business with this company again.”

We’re glad to hear the wheel bolts fit perfectly once received. Looking into the order, we found that a cancellation request was sent after business hours due to the incorrect size being selected during checkout. By the time we reviewed the message the next business day, the order had already shipped. We did offer the option to return or exchange the bolts for the correct size once delivered. Shipping charges cover the postal service used to deliver the order, and unfortunately, are not something we’re able to reimburse in cases where the incorrect item was ordered accidentally. “I spent a lot of time trying to find the best budget friendly option of Coilovers for my 04 VW. I thought I found them, waited a month to get them just to find out they were not shipped from Florida for "free" like it is advertised but overseas to get charged $180 for Duties and Taxes from FedEx. If I would have known they were going to be so much more expensive I would have gone with a different set of coilovers.”
