You sold me a broken pump knowing it was broken just to get it out of your inventory. Next time beat up the box you ship it in so it matches what’s inside. Luckily I received my money back. Thanks for the headache.

On the web site it asked for year make and model. I put all that information in and looked up the part I needed and got the wrong part. Thought I would just return it but it would coast me me to return it then the actual order so now I have a useless part.

According to your site the plugs were the right ones, when I received them, they weren't. I did my research and found the right ones and confirmed it by taking the ones in my car off and check again on your site and it showed that it does not fit on my car. Returned plugs showed you received them, then I got another email saying I own more money when the right plus are actually cheaper! Emailed back, now I have yet to hear anything!! I have ordered a lot from this company and I can't believe this turned out the way it did over spark plugs.... Oh well

I ordered a shift knob that I payed about 210$ and then I changed my mind and decided to return the unopened package, Urotuning advised me that I will pay de returning fees which was fine but then started to up charge me with some more fees that makes absolutely no sens and finally offered me to refund only 14$, which I personally find disrespectful.

I received my springs three days late and came in a FedEx box not in its original box. All the springs scratched thrown in the box on top of each other very disappointed. I emailed and called URO tuning I made a claim. still waiting they’re asking for more photos. I don’t have the time. I needed another set. That’s in its original box or my money back. now this is going to three weeks I will never do business with you guys again.

It took too long to get the right parts even when I purchased another set to get them quickly. You were going to send the wrong parts and when I told you that you were, you put the whole order on hold for extra week. And you still sent the wrong parts. Plus I still haven't received my whole refund from the 1st order.

Second time I have ordered parts for my mrk1 tt that were incorrect. Sent a photo to show it’s the wrong fitment and was denied a return because part was considered out of packaging and dirty. Really disappointing to keep purchasing parts listed for my vechile that are incorrect.

Supposed to fit Audi A4 B7 2.0t. In no way will this lock the flywheel on this engine with a manual transmission.

I ordered on two separate occasions, and both times I had to get a refund because the product I ordered was either not in stock, or it got lost in transit. The only good thing is they refunded my money, I will not be using them again.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience, though we do want to provide some clarification. For your first order, the item was listed as shipping directly from the manufacturer. At the time, it was on backorder, which we communicated to you via email. You asked us to cancel the order, and we issued a full refund that same day. On your second order, the item was shipped out promptly, but unfortunately, it was lost in transit after being handed off to the shipping carrier. As soon as we were made aware, we offered either a replacement or a refund. Since you had already sold the vehicle, you requested a refund, which we processed right away. While we regret that things didn’t work out, in both situations we responded quickly and resolved the orders according to your requests. Purchased BM3 tune for stage 2 on my f80 m3. There product is very misleading, if you are running after market intakes, their ots map is not compatible. Even when switched back to stock air boxes the same codes still occur. Customer service is horrendous. I strongly urge anyone considering bm3 for their car to search elsewhere. All their product does is cause you a check engine light and harsh idles. They will claim it’s your coil packs and spark plugs, but that’s not the issue, save your money. There is zero help other than spending an additional $800 on a custom map from one of their preferred tuners, after spending $900 on their product and “maps bundle” - what an absolute joke.
