I thought tie part was especially made for car and it wasn't , it was about half inch longer , I called and nobody help I had to cut the piece to make it fit 👎

Hello Eric, We are very sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your recent purchase. We have sold a lot of these valences and have had little to no issues with them falling off. As mentioned on the item listing a professional shop with experience in aero installations is recommended and will be able to mount the valence to the vehicle with the adequate hardware necessary. These parts come with self-tapping screws, however, we recommend a rivet nut as they tend to secure the part to the vehicle in the most secure fashion. The valence also has indentations on the underside that is not visible where the screws or rivet nuts will go and help guide you through the installation. Ordered Eventuri Cold Air Intake for MK8 Golf R, received MK8 GTI instead. After two weeks of email communication, a replacement or refund was offered. No matter the choice, I would need to cover shipping (Hawai’i) Not only do I have to pay for the shipping to return the wrong product I received, I will also need to pay for the shipping of the “correct” product also. Then the replacement product that is said to be sent to me is a Eventuri Cold Air Intake for MK7.5 GTI after stating from the beginning that I ordered, as my order number details indicated, is for a MK8 Golf R. At the time of writing this, I am waiting for a response.

I wasn't aware that you don't hold stock of your products and it would take 10 days after I ordered to ship. I ordered the part I needed to get my car back on the road and had it installed on the car before you even shipped it. I then tried to cancel my order and it had already been shipped. Because of this I now have parts that I don't need and had to pay twice. You've lost my buisness

Purchased an axle for a 2000 jetta and urotuning sent me the wrong item and they charged me a restocking fee and a fee to send it back to then be able to get a few dollars back.

I dont know what takes longer, being on hold with these guys or with my doctor, horrible communication, didnt tell me that one of the products i ordered was on back order until way after i purchased(they labeled the product available) , and when they were finally able to ship one of the products out( the main thing i needed) they shipped out the wrong product, and i asked 3 times if the product that was being sent to me was a specific product due to there being a similar product on their website ,and i couldnt even get a full refund, only sToRe cReDiT, even thought i wasnt at fault

Ordered it to the wrong address so I called them about 10 times to try and change it someone finally answered after being on hold forever he said he would update the address then he never did so i had to get it from the usps office, when I finally got it the carbon was chipped so i sent them an email and no ones got back to me I wont be purchasing anything from uro tuning again.

Spent almost $300 just for the intake to not fit the car. Bought the CTS Turbo 4" Intake with 6" Velocity Stack | Toyota Supra A90 as I gift for my wife while I was deployed just for it not to fit when I came home to put it on. And I already know CTS Turbo / Eurotuning isn’t going to honor a return since it’s been over 30 days.

Ordered a part for my 2013 mk6 gti, was a coolant elbow for the upper radiator exit flange, a quick connect fitting, and it doesn’t fit, website said it would. Part doesn’t fully click into the radiator so instantly leaks coolant.

I am a long-time regular customer of EuroTuning. I am satisfied with all of their services. But this shipping box was in good condition. However, there were some large and small dents on the pulley surface. It does not appear to be damage from shipping or handling. I think there is a problem with the production or inspection process, and this has reduced my confidence in Neuspeed products. I am debating whether to install this or not...

Very bad. The sales associate told me everything is in stock, after i placed the order i get a message saying a product is no longer in stock and asking if i want another brand of the product or a refund, i said i wanted a refund. No answer for more than 3 days, i called urotuning and asked them whats happening. The customer service associate has no idea what is he doing, he is so lost and has no clue whats happening. He said i can wait 2 more days for the product to be back on stock and they will ship me the order. I said ok, dont refund me, i'll wait for the order to come with that product in it. Next day i get a refund. Absolutely no communication between you guys, so pathetic customer service. Then i called again after almost 3 weeks i think of waiting, nobody had no clue what was happening with the order, AFTER 2-3 WEEKS!!!!! The customer service guy said its gonna ship with UPS, and i wanted to make sure of that because USPS dont deliver in my area, and the guy said its no problem because its gonna be shipped with UPS. What a surprise, it was shipped with USPS. Absolutely disgraceful customer service. My order was 1100$ and i received a horrendous experience. Will surely not order again from you guys. Pathetic.
