Ordered it to the wrong address so I called them about 10 times to try and change it someone finally answered after being on hold forever he said he would update the address then he never did so i had to get it from the usps office, when I finally got it the carbon was chipped so i sent them an email and no ones got back to me I wont be purchasing anything from uro tuning again.

Spent almost $300 just for the intake to not fit the car. Bought the CTS Turbo 4" Intake with 6" Velocity Stack | Toyota Supra A90 as I gift for my wife while I was deployed just for it not to fit when I came home to put it on. And I already know CTS Turbo / Eurotuning isn’t going to honor a return since it’s been over 30 days.

Ordered a part for my 2013 mk6 gti, was a coolant elbow for the upper radiator exit flange, a quick connect fitting, and it doesn’t fit, website said it would. Part doesn’t fully click into the radiator so instantly leaks coolant.

I am a long-time regular customer of EuroTuning. I am satisfied with all of their services. But this shipping box was in good condition. However, there were some large and small dents on the pulley surface. It does not appear to be damage from shipping or handling. I think there is a problem with the production or inspection process, and this has reduced my confidence in Neuspeed products. I am debating whether to install this or not...

Very bad. The sales associate told me everything is in stock, after i placed the order i get a message saying a product is no longer in stock and asking if i want another brand of the product or a refund, i said i wanted a refund. No answer for more than 3 days, i called urotuning and asked them whats happening. The customer service associate has no idea what is he doing, he is so lost and has no clue whats happening. He said i can wait 2 more days for the product to be back on stock and they will ship me the order. I said ok, dont refund me, i'll wait for the order to come with that product in it. Next day i get a refund. Absolutely no communication between you guys, so pathetic customer service. Then i called again after almost 3 weeks i think of waiting, nobody had no clue what was happening with the order, AFTER 2-3 WEEKS!!!!! The customer service guy said its gonna ship with UPS, and i wanted to make sure of that because USPS dont deliver in my area, and the guy said its no problem because its gonna be shipped with UPS. What a surprise, it was shipped with USPS. Absolutely disgraceful customer service. My order was 1100$ and i received a horrendous experience. Will surely not order again from you guys. Pathetic.

Garbitch the sensor made my car run worse I ended up just cleaning my old one and it works way better. Very disappointed. I'm not even going to mess around with your half wit customer service and try to send it back I'll just take the loss. I now know where not to spend my money thank you.

If you have taken the UNAUTHORIZED LIBERTY of charging my credit card account for the bulbs that WERE TO B INCLUDED...confirmed by the text messages with Geoff....in my purchase of the scratch and dent item...Justin WILL B hearing from my Attorney IMMEDIATELY when credit card statement arrives!!!! Stop sending me emails If i were Justin, you 2 jabroni's...and you know who you are, would b pink slipped & paychecked!!! You SUCK!!!

I was sent the silicone hoses without the couplers or clamps. These are useless to me. I emailed Jahvis Sawney to get my issue fixed. He asked me to send a picture of what I was sent and I did. Then it took him nearly a week to respond. It has been over a week now as I write this review. A few days ago I asked him to send me instructions for how to return the items since it had been a week at that time and there still had been no resolution, which tells me my issue is not a priority to UroTuning. They got my money so why bother rushing to fix the issue? Now, I haven't received any response on how to make the return. Very disappointed in their customer service and will not likely patronize their business ever again. Absolutely abysmal treatment!

I ordered a set of KW V1 coilovers for over $1,600 with an estimated delivery date of 8/16. Instead of having my order delivered, I recieved a call from the courrier on 8/19 that what had been shipped to me was nothing but an empty box and could not be delivered to me. Looking over the shipping information, it listed the item weight as 3lbs...where a set of coilovers would normally weight around 30lbs. I contacted customer support and was told they needed to contact the supplier. I recieved an independent response via email stating that they could not do anything until the package (that was deemed undeliverable by the courrier) was delivered. They would not send out another set of coilovers or refund my money. It has now been a week since I have last heard from anyone at Urotuning, almost two weeks past when the package should've been delivered, and I am out $1,600 and never recieved the items purchased. I have been left no choice but to contact my bank to dispute the transaction and wait to get back the money that never should've been spent on the empty box that was sent to me in the first place.

There is a FedEx claim in process currently. We have communicated this with you via email as we have received updates from KW. Once the claim is completed the replacement set will be sent your way. If you no longer want the replacement kit, please contact our support team so we can have the replacement canceled and a refund processed instead.

Sent me the wrong part that was used pretty bad repackaged and sent off. Absolutely Ridiculous it broke in the installation and it’s not worth my time or money to send back f**k this company

I’m not happy at all with the purchase I made because the bolts do not fit my car and when I contacted Customer Support to return them at first the guy tried to argue that they were the right ones for my car. Ultimately, I was told that I would have to pay a 20% restocking fee because I test fit 1 of the 20 bolts.
