“Very poor experience for me, Delivered the rotors and not the pads. Urotuning customer support was practically useless, ghosting my inquiries about delivery status. Fedex lost package and told me to contact Urotuning for a refund but no response or any sort of help from them. I will no longer order from urotuning and fedex. If you are looking for better customer support steer away from this company.”

“I specified the year & model for my new 2026 Audi SQ7 Prestige when ordering the splitter. The one you sell does NOT fit my year but your website stated it did. I contacted you about a return & you agreed it was a Urotune mistake & I can return it for a refund. I have been waiting for a week+ to get the RGA & shipping paperwork. It's repackaged & waiting for the RGA to arrive. John C.”

“Customer service sucks. They actually solocite tips for answer the phone. LOL XXL Buy what you know, but the reps can't answer any questions about what you bought. They can barely find a tracking number but that is it. Caveat empator”

We reviewed your phone call with our Customer Service team, as well as the concerns you sent to us by email, which a member of our management team responded to directly. Our rewards program requires customers to choose to enroll in order to participate. We do not automatically enroll customers based on their purchase history, as not every customer may want to participate in a rewards program or have an account created on their behalf. During the call, our representative attempted to explain the enrollment process and assist with your questions. However, the call ended before our representative was given the opportunity to fully address your concerns or clarify how the rewards program works. Once enrolled, eligible points associated with your account can be accessed through the rewards program. Our team does not have the ability to enroll customers on their behalf or bypass the enrollment requirement based on previous purchases. We understand that you may disagree with how the program is structured, but we do want to clarify that our representative was willing to continue assisting you and answering your questions when the call ended. “It was the wrong part and I opened it and couldnt return it cause I had thrown away the packaging and I coulnt figure out how to even initiate a return. The part cost me 80$ and partsgeek had the right part for 25$. I used urotuning for a while, but wrong part and I have to swallow 80$... Partsgeek is who I will order all my parts from from now on. Goodbye urotuning”

“Orded a pair of exhaust manifold gaskets and the delivery date was changed 4 times over the course of a few weeks so I ended up having to cancel the order. Apparently the part was within 20 minutes of me twice and got sent back both times and I was not contacted about it either time. I've heard decent things about Uro Tuning so this was very disappointing and I can't say I'll order from them in the future.”

“I ordered what I thought were a few simple items. Spark Plugs, some O-rings, Sealant and a Serpentine belt. 3 of the 5 were 'in stock'. Two were to ship in '2-3 business days'. I had the car apart and was ready for the parts. I ordered them 6/5/2026 and finally received them 6/24/2026. I had to call and ask, no heads up that there was a delay, no communication of any kind. Almost 3 weeks (after my inquisition to get the ball rolling) is much longer than '2-3 Business days'!! I've ordered several other parts since, thankfully NOT from UroTuning, which actually did arrive within days!”

“Taking over three months for the product to finally arrive. Furthermore, the shipping cost provided at checkout was misleading. I was unexpectedly required to pay an additional shipping charge after the purchase was already completed, which is an unacceptable business practice. Due to the severe shipping delays and the lack of transparency regarding costs, I will not be returning as a customer in the future.”
