Advertisements left something to be desired. Ordered a replacement turbo by CTS for my Audi TTS that was supposed to be a direct repplacement. The inlet looks different and there is an open port (possibly for a blow off valve) where my Borg Warner turbo has a cast plate. The mechanic wouldn't install it. Contacted the company by email and tried to call multiple times with no response to my inquiry.

Hello Vicki, Thank you for your feedback. This CTS turbo originally has 3 different fitment options. Based on your description, you have received a TSI turbo instead of an FSI turbo. I see we have spoken to you several times on the phone regarding this. We will be setting up a return and responding to your email with a return label. We can further coordinate how you would like to proceed with your return via that email thread. Keep an eye out for our email.

There’s a clamp/ connection piece that was left out of my order so after paying the 540 ish dollars I can’t even put it into my car. My mechanic has already taken out my old lines so now I’m screwed until I can get ahold of your customer service line which lets me hold for around 10 min before dropping the call. Unacceptable from such a normally great company.

Adam, We are sorry to hear that your kit was missing a part for the fuel line. This kit ships from TGK directly and is something that we do not have in stock here otherwise we would have a replacement shipped out to you right away. We have reached out to the manufacturer that this kit shipped from to get a replacement for you. We are sorry to hear that your vehicle is torn apart until that part arrives. Tried to get in contact with customer service 3 times, the only time I got connected I was transferred to sales and left on hold for an half hour before the call the disconnected.

This part did NOT evean fit my car and I had to pay $40 restocking fee when it was sent back. not happy!

Took car to shop to install few hours later they called me to tell me only way to install was shaving the piece because they tried with lube and wiggling it but some of the areas on the part actually didn't match with the engine mount and yes I checked and it said correct fitment for vehicle before I purchased and didn't bother to ask for refund or exchange because they ask for restocking fees so I let them cut it but if the part didn't have to be modified I will say does make car feel better specially if your car has engine mods because feels more solid

Not a great place to shop or order from. Avoid this business...Beware!! Money you spend through them doesn't mean anything even if your spending thousands of dollars on a new build. No special deals or discounts. Coilovers I purchased were lost in shipment NOT bad weather, that I've been waiting 8 weeks to receive, yet the company Five8 Industries or Urotuning, didn't do anything to correct the situation ASAP. I was expected to wait many more weeks for UPS to do a investigation before I could get product I paid for in full. I'll be doing the rest of my build through a different company that gives a sh*t about my business and wants to earn it. Maybe martiniworks.com will get all my business now.. I hope the loss of business and this review will, find its way into the hands of shoppers before they purchase from Urotuning

Jonathan, We sincerely regret any inconvenience you've experienced. The coilovers were dispatched directly from the manufacturer via UPS, as they were not part of our regular inventory. Unfortunately, UPS encountered severe weather conditions in your area on 1/23, leading to a delay in the delivery attempt. By 1/24, when UPS was ready to successfully deliver the item, we had already taken proactive steps to cancel the order and redirect the package, as per your request. Please be assured that we made every effort to expedite the process and ensure a prompt resolution. Noticed the fitment was loose for 3 of the 8 lifters. I measured them against my OEM lifters and the lifters that fit to find out they're almost 1 mil undersized.

Be careful. The pictures are kinda blurry so it’s hard to actually see what you’re buying. I should’ve looked a little hard as I thought I was buying a side skirt. Turns out it’s just some sheets of fiberglass that go under your side skirt. And of course there are no returns so I’m just out that money I spent.

We are sorry that you feel like you wasted your money on this item. It is pictured on the site that these are splitters and not side skirts. We also have an install video that shows you what these are and how to attach them to your vehicle. Unfortunately, these are not able to be returned once you order them as they are cut to order. However, we are more than happy to help if you would like to order something else.

When I order the fuel cap believe I order correctly, mk7.5 gti 2018. I get something that doesn't even fit & right logo on gas cap not right fitment! Been busy but going to be returning it.

Jody, I am sorry to hear that the cap did not fit your mk7.5. Just to confirm which style of gas cap do you have? there are two models as stated on the site. One is a push and twist the other is a screw-in style. Please reach out to Support@urotuning.com with the details as we would be more than happy to help get this resolved for you!
