I received incorrect items, and some items from my order did not arrive at all. I contacted customer support and was told I would receive a response within 1–3 days, but that time has passed and I have not received any reply.

I recieved the part broken and missing parts. I called the day I received it 01/09, and I am still waiting to get a return label from you guys 2 weeks later. My experience with your company has been horrible.

Do not buy this kit YET! Although the gaskets & o-ring are great, perfect fit and great condition; half of the bolts in the kit are the wrong size… I ordered this kit for a 2015 BMW 640i, after receiving it and attempting to install the gasket & bolt replacement, everything went smooth until I reached the 3 oil cooler bolts of the same length. In this kit the bolts are marked as M8x25 (11427542983) for the oil cooler bolts, these are NOT the correct length bolt for these ports and are much too long. Attempting to install these bolts before noticing the size difference lead to stripping out the threads inside of the housing as well as snapping the internal aluminum. This issue was also reported previously 5 YEARS AGO! And apparently they just don’t care to update the kit.. Don’t buy this! THE BOLTS ARE WRONG! UroTuning yall better refund me and respond to my customer service request FIRST, before asking me to write a review…

My product arrived damaged over a month ago & haven’t received any help from Urotuning or Vland themselves. They keep promising a replacement but I haven’t received anything & they barely respond to my emails.

too long to get spare parts. I order GTI marked last December 10 and still haven't received the package. I've paid extra for shipping but not enough. regards Arnar AEgirsson from Iceland.

Waited 2 and a half months. Never got the product. Looked to actually be in transit after I asked for a refund. They never asked if I wanted to wait for it to arrive. Just redirected back to them.

The Maxton item you ordered on October 5th was listed on our site as a pre-order with an estimated lead time of approximately 13 weeks. When you reached out on October 25th, we confirmed an updated estimated arrival date of December 15th, which was still within the stated pre-order timeframe. Once a chargeback has been filed and the payment has been reversed by your bank, we are no longer permitted to deliver the item. Because of this, the shipment was redirected back to the manufacturer, which is standard procedure in these situations. We always aim to be transparent with timelines and communicate updates as they become available, and we’re sorry this experience did not meet your expectations. don't by they want $500 just to be able to use the bootmod3 app. only works as a scanner without the proof of purchase code. that they are supposed to send upon purchase. the code I have not received.

They seemed good before i installed them i unpacked them and pumped the stut to recharge them figued they be go for a while. Seems to me they must be failing already my car seems to slam hard bottom out on small bumps if you hit them just right . If i could get some new ones sent out and ill send the old ones back. My old blue lines had more rebound. Whwn i pushed the strut down to charge them it would take 5 minutes or so for them to charge back up .

Order a 3 pack vargasturbo caps for your powers tearing, oil filter, and reservoir only received 1 PC and 2 weeks later im still waiting on the sales representative to have a solution sobi can get my products. Terrible customer service . Gonna have to make a claim thru my credit card company since it seems like they are avoiding my claim

I'm writing because I had a terrible experience with customer service and I'd love if I could save anyone the trouble of experiencing what I did. I ordered a kit to replace the turbo in my car on August 20th. I recieved an email the following day saying that the order was processing. No big deal at this point. I was in a bit of a rush to get my tools and the site claims to send out within 3 days. On August 25th I send an email to customer service just asking for an update on my order. The first response from customer service was prompt and informative- they were waiting on parts and they wouldn't ship out until next week. As I said before, I was in a hurry so I ordered parts elsewhere that would arrive sooner. I unfortunately sent a request to cancel my order on the same day and recieved a reply three days later from Jahvis Sawney saying that I could not cancel my order becaude it already shipped. I had recieved no updates on shipping at this time and had checked tracking to learn that this was just a bold faced lie. I responded to Jahvis saying that per his more agreeable associate the parts were not going to arrive when I needed them. My dear friend Jahvis proceeded to wait until one minute after the package shipped out the following day to tell me that my package had shipped and nothing could be done. Don't buy from here, please.

I’ve tried getting in contact with customer support to after receiving the wrong part and wrong shipping addresses even after these fixes I’ve still received the wrong parts and haven’t been able to get a refund

The pass that I received wasn’t the same as pictured (red) if i wanted a generic black ones I can choose a different one cheaper, I tried to return it and it’s a joke, they want to charge restock fee + shipping so I paid $70 and I would get back just $13 ITS A SCAM!!!

The engine gasket that is labled on UroTuning's website as perfectly compatible with my exact engine and model of BMW e39, does not fit; it's completely different. I've been waiting +1 week to get a response from customer service. Not happy with the experience. Own up to your mistakes and issue me a return label so I can move on with fixing my car.

The kit was miss leading in what you were get it said ignition chip, but it was only the plug wires. The kit should have more detailed to it because people were thinking you were getting the wires the plugs and the coil pack very misleading.

I ordered a CTS Turbo Inlet Pipe which arrived with visible scratches and finish defects. Unfortunately, your customer service was unhelpful and redirected me to CTS Turbo, who also did not provide any real support. This has been a disappointing experience, and it will be the first and last time I order from you due to the poor after-sales service.

We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience. We did look into your concern right away and followed the proper warranty process for CTS Turbo products, as all manufacturing-related issues and warranty concerns are handled directly by CTS. We forwarded your photos to CTS and also followed up with them on your behalf. Their team confirmed that the light scuffs shown in the pictures are cosmetic only and will not affect installation, performance, or long-term use of the inlet. Since the item is fully functional, they advised moving forward with installation. We understand this may not have been the answer you were hoping for, but we did everything we could within the manufacturer’s warranty procedure to make sure you received accurate information.
