These mounts shake my entire car DO NOT USE FOR DAILY DRIVING AS THE DESCRIPTION SUGGESTS. Extremely obnoxious rattling have to buy OEM mounts and uninstall this garbage. Orientation wasn’t even correct out of the box had to twist it myself at risk of damaging product.

Had to wait until parts came in witch took a month even tought they said in stock Part was built diffrent in small ways so it didnt fit Customer service it extreemly slow im extreemly upset

I used their drop down menus to find out if this set up would work work my car. The drop down menus said yes. I got the parts and tried installing them and found that they wouldn't work with my car. I used extra parts to attempt to find a way to make them work and the car was running too lean and kept throwing codes. When i looked at the product info without using the drop down menus i could not find my car listed for the model year i own. There were changes between 2008 and 2009 and my guess is that these parts are made for 2009 on. Because the parts were briefly installed i can no longer return them. I'm out $300+(bought air box too) because i trusted their drop down menus to be accurate. Not happy.

Was not right size for my car I got partial refund when I wanted the right part now I'm stuck with these bolts I can use i have no use for them I wanted to exchange for right bolts but yall would not take them back so I'm very unsatisfied

So I ordered my rear reflector for BMW f15 M package, the order was correct on my end but they sent me the non-M rear reflecotr delete instead. I notified customer service, send screen shot of my order, picture of what arrived, and pictures of the box lable, still have not hear the final outcome.

Purchased a clutch kit almost a month ago to date. Order was damaged in shipping and it’s been weeks and still no update on when I will be receiving my new parts… unacceptable.

Why is it so difficult to access my gift card from a in-store credit return that was processed days ago it makes no sense !! I just Waisted Over a hour periodically to try to look threw emails and go threw my account to figure this out TOTAL WAIST OF TIME

Trash coilovers and when I reported it the service was trash they made it hell just to get the refund. They referred me to a whole other company while they had my order number the whole time. Then when i got to the right company they made it hell. Which makes sense for companies to have bad service they didnt want to lose money. Wish things would have went better ordered from another euro company and its been nice they charge more but the return/parts replace policies way easy.

I don't like my restocking fee, it literally sucked my money from my hands. I would like to return my restocking fee but I know I will need to pay a restocking fee for my restocking fee, and who want to deal with that?

Only received one of the items I ordered. Contacted them and a reshipment was sent out and still not correct. Here we are 10+ days later, only received part of my order and still waiting for the rest. Customer service has been decent but far from happy with the results I’ve received. Shouldn’t be this hard to get a simple order correct the first time much less the second time.

First it 4 weeks before they even sent it out. Then it has been almost 3 weeks in delivery. After calling several times, they kept ensuring that the it "was on its way". I would never order from them again.

The Ultralink does not support EA211 VAG 1.4T engines. Urotuning lists this vehicle as supported for the Ultralink and validated my VIN prior to purchase. After spending a bunch of time trying to get this to work, I contacted APR who advised me that my engine is not supported and the APR cannot be used with my vehicle. I contacted support and was advised I would have to pay a restocking fee and pay for shipping. I have been trying to reach customer service to get this addressed to no avail. It is not my fault the website lists this as a compatible product with my vehicle. It is also not my fault that the sales team validated this product will work with my car with my VIN prior to releasing the shipment. Full refund please.
