“doesnt come with instructions, the tube they give you is so trash it broke with me, this intake gave my car a check engine and now i dont know whats going on with my car that $350 turned into $2000 of fixes.”

“Hi , I bought those rims for my Mk8 R and email the customer service to make sure it fit. He said it fit if you put some spacers on to clear the caliper. Once I had those rims then put those Nitto 01 tires it didn’t fit on the front tires. I put 20mm Spacers on the front to see if it will fit and the answer is nope, so since I already installed the tires which I can’t return it , the only way I was able to fit those rims is by shaving my front Caliper. Pictures below. Now I don’t trust on buying stuff here , bc you guys say it fits , but it doesn’t. At this moment I got 20mm in the front and 15mm on the back :-/ . In the picture you see my mechanic shaving that caliper down. Good thing it fit or else I would have sell those runs and tires and lose money.”

“Well I've bought a handful of stuff from you guys with no issue. Untill now. Bought a hpfp kit. And part of the pump piston broke off and damaged the cam follower. Had to buy a second one from them out of pocket because they have still yet to warranty my part and refund me on the second one.”

Hello Eric, We are very sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your recent purchase. We have sold a lot of these valences and have had little to no issues with them falling off. As mentioned on the item listing a professional shop with experience in aero installations is recommended and will be able to mount the valence to the vehicle with the adequate hardware necessary. These parts come with self-tapping screws, however, we recommend a rivet nut as they tend to secure the part to the vehicle in the most secure fashion. The valence also has indentations on the underside that is not visible where the screws or rivet nuts will go and help guide you through the installation. “Ordered Eventuri Cold Air Intake for MK8 Golf R, received MK8 GTI instead. After two weeks of email communication, a replacement or refund was offered. No matter the choice, I would need to cover shipping (Hawai’i) Not only do I have to pay for the shipping to return the wrong product I received, I will also need to pay for the shipping of the “correct” product also. Then the replacement product that is said to be sent to me is a Eventuri Cold Air Intake for MK7.5 GTI after stating from the beginning that I ordered, as my order number details indicated, is for a MK8 Golf R. At the time of writing this, I am waiting for a response.”

“I wasn't aware that you don't hold stock of your products and it would take 10 days after I ordered to ship. I ordered the part I needed to get my car back on the road and had it installed on the car before you even shipped it. I then tried to cancel my order and it had already been shipped. Because of this I now have parts that I don't need and had to pay twice. You've lost my buisness”

“I dont know what takes longer, being on hold with these guys or with my doctor, horrible communication, didnt tell me that one of the products i ordered was on back order until way after i purchased(they labeled the product available) , and when they were finally able to ship one of the products out( the main thing i needed) they shipped out the wrong product, and i asked 3 times if the product that was being sent to me was a specific product due to there being a similar product on their website ,and i couldnt even get a full refund, only sToRe cReDiT, even thought i wasnt at fault”
