Got sent the wrong item and immediately sent them a email with pictures showing the item. Waited with no response. Finally got back to me and then it took well over a week and a half for them to come to a resolution to initiate a return.

Order stage 1 tune for my BMW and comes without the cable to connect the car. Now I need to prove that the box come without the cable, uninstall the device and take a picture! Unbelievable after pay over $500 in a jb4

George, We are very sorry that you received the wrong part. The item purchased is listed correctly and states on the site that this only fits vehicles that are LCI and on this specific product all sales are final as it was a clearance listing. We are not able to take this item back as stated on the site before you checkout. We apologize for the inconvenience this might have caused you, however, you did receive the item that you ordered.

I have recently been purchasing several parts through the website. Most of which I have had good luck with with. I have a couple issues with some business we have done. 1.- Headlight lenses, first set I got were cloudy and had sanding (I'm assuming) marks on them, 2nd set sent to me is the same. Which I understand they are cheap but I wouldn't have bought them if in the description it informed me that they may not be perfectly clear. These are for a show car and sadly cannot be used so I will also be filing a return for. 2.- I purchased a slave cylinder separately from my $1100 clutch kit because there was no mention on the description of it coming with the kit. I file to return said part and have to pay for shipping and a restocking fee which basically took off about half of value of the part. 3- Several times I've tried to contact the company by phone or email and don't get an answer or reply. Unless I file to return an item then it gets a reply and handled. I'm sure you are busy but I have questions from over a month ago that are unanswered still.

Bought an intake for a 335d bmw. Purchased it at the end of November and it was estimated i would receive it in 2 weeks. I still have yet to receive it and it's February. I've gotten a few updates but no product. If you'd like to buy a present for someone for next years Christmas and don't care if it takes a few months to arrive, you've come to the right place! I'll give it 2 stars since they actually have customer service.

Called and inquired about strut mounts and bearings only. I was sent a text link which was correct. I was sent just bolts which I never asked for and was charged restocking fee upon return. Never again

Carl, I am sorry to hear that you were only sent bolts and needed the mounts. Looking at your order I see that you selected to no get the mounts. We can waive the restocking fees if you would like to swap the parts out for the mounts. All good and all but a little overpriced in my opinion and I ordered a shift Boot and it was supposed to be black and it came in Red wrong color, but still waiting for a response from the company no response yet 5 days later.

My first experience was with an Audi Q5 engine sensor, that came faulty. It took me on a goose chase trying to find what was wrong spending a lot of money changing other sensors. Now this second experience with a BMW rear axle, they cut the price in half 2 weeks later and the parts are just rebranded. Shipping was fast only pro.

We've done quite a bit of business in the past. And I've never been one to speak ill of a merchant minus good cause. I recently was in the market for an Air to Air intercooler for my Audi. You have one listed but you also marked it up by $500 bucks. Why would I spend what amounts to an additional $900 bucks when I can simply purchase it from the source? Also having a sales rep "CLAIM" he's giving me a discount when in fact the price he quoted IS THE PRICE of the item at the source. When you have REPEAT customers at the very least, treat them as if they matter.

I could update the review once I actually receive the product because it might be great. Since they used the USPS to ship it has been lost for the past 3 weeks and has yet to arrive.

Plastic rings broke (1st pic) causing a vibration in rim, so I went on Amazon and purchased metal rings in 74.1 od 67.1 id (2 pic) and they worked.
