“I would to write a great review for my Velt carbon fiber inner door pull cups but I still don't have them. It been well over 45 days. Tracking says "label created" on 8/6/2025. It is now the 21st and still no movement on my package.”

We’re sorry to hear you’re not satisfied with your wheel purchase. After reviewing your order and communication history, we want to clarify a few things for transparency. You originally ordered a set of ESR wheels in 19x9.5 ET35, 5x112. When those were out of stock, we worked with you to find a comparable in-stock option, the Aodhan AH02, in the same specs. These wheels are listed as compatible with your Audi RS3 when using our vehicle selector, as they share the correct bolt pattern and general sizing. However, wheel fitment can be subjective and depends on factors like brake clearance, suspension setup, and personal preference regarding stance. We never confirmed guaranteed fitment, but we have offered to help by sourcing thin spacers if needed. We’re still happy to assist, but we’ll need a measurement to determine whether a 3mm or 5mm spacer would be appropriate. It’s also worth noting that once tires have been mounted, the wheels are no longer eligible for return to the manufacturer, as was the case here with Aodhan. We’re more than willing to continue supporting you through this. Please feel free to reach out when you’re ready with those clearance details.

“They have a decent website and thats about it. You can never get ahold of anybody by phone especially if it is a customer service issue. After 3 days of trying I finally sent an email, Dustin responded, I responded with images for a return, he emailed me back saying that he had processed the warranty claim and that the vendor was sending new bearings. He didn't ask if that is what I wanted so I called immediately after receiving his email to no surprise he didn't answer. I responded with another email and questioned why no one ever picks up a phone and he responded with a lame excuse that he was gone the week before, not realizing that I had just called in the middle of our email chain which spanned over 30 minutes. Anyways he said he would process it as a return and half assed apologized for not asking how I wanted to proceed. Also the RMA label does not get shipped the same way it got shipped, example I received the package via FedEx and had to send it back via USPS which is a total pain in the ass since my local USPS is only open 830-430 and I work 8-5 which means I have to leave work early to ship the package back. Needless to say Urotuning has a long way to go before they reach the level of FCPEURO.COM and my personal opinion for anyone needing BMW parts use FCPEURO.COM.”

“Recently bought a windshield wiper fluid reservoir for my 2010 GTI and I was sent the wrong one. Seen a review stating they had the same issue. Now I have to put my whole car back together. There’s a extra hole on the new one but not the old one.”

“8 weeks delivery for a shift knob and boot. Stitches on shift knob aren’t straight, which looks goofy when aligning the badge on top of the shifter.”

“The drain plug was fine for about 2 oil changes and the 3rd time it sheared off. Luckily I was able to get the piece out without damage, it wasn’t fully tight. Wouldn’t really recommend because it’s not very durable or reusable. Pretty thin metal. Otherwise it worked fine before it broke.”
