Would not recommend for anything you plan on cruising. At cruise it has to low of a cracking pressure and pulls oil into your intake. No different than a $20 from eBay

This specific 034Motorsport Teflon bushing upgrade kit is designed to work only with the corresponding 034 rear sway bar, which is noted on the product listing. If the factory or a different aftermarket sway bar is being used, the fitment will not be compatible. We do wish you had reached out to us before the return, as we’re always happy to help confirm fitment beforehand or assist in finding the correct parts to avoid situations like this. I received the Brembo brakes but there was no sensor in it, I had to purchase a single one. The csr has not contacted me on a credit of some sort or sending me a sensor so purchased one out of pocket.

It does look like the product image previously showed a wear sensor; however, these Brembo pads do not include one, and we’ve since updated the listing to make that clearer moving forward. That’s on us, and we understand how that could lead to frustration when installing. We’re sorry for the frustration here. After taking a closer look, we confirmed fitment using your VIN directly with Audi, and the part number and thread pitch provided were correct for your vehicle. Unfortunately, it does appear the bolt we received from the supplier was packaged incorrectly, which led to the mismatch you experienced. I still haven't received any sticker. So, my experiences so far have not been positive. I waited and waited I even emailed in and asked if I could just get 2 of the white with black UroTuning stickers. And got no response.

Hello Chris! Sorry to hear you did not receive your sticker. We could not find an email from the email address associated with your order. We send sticker-only orders with USPS in an envelope, as it is the most economical way to send them. A replacement order has been made and sent your way.

Love your products and quality but purchasing while product you don’t get to see Canadian prices nor does it state prices are US currency so price wasn’t what I was expecting also wasn’t informed of extra duty fee until after purchase.

I made the mistake of ordering through your business and you sent it via USPS. The parcel has not arrived and we have no record with our Postal Service of them having received the parcel. I presume it will never arrive. It certainly was less expensive with USPS than a regular Courier and now I know why very disappointing.

After reviewing your shipment, we can confirm that your package is currently in transit within your country and is still moving through the delivery process. International shipments, especially those sent via USPS First Class International, can take anywhere from 7–21 business days (or longer depending on customs processing in the destination country). At checkout, we do offer multiple shipping options, including faster courier services as well as the option to prepay duties and taxes to help streamline customs clearance. The USPS First Class option selected is the most economical method, but it does come with longer transit times and limited tracking updates once the package leaves the United States. While we always do our best to provide accurate estimates and reliable service, the shipping carrier and customs process are unfortunately outside of our control. That said, we’re here to help. When I Received the intake kit everything came perfect besides the intake filter, it was already torn in packaging but I went ahead and installed not thinking it would a problem. But now it is just loose in my engine bay not letting air feed into the engine properly.

I received the crankcase breather plate more than a week ago and it was absolutely hammered. Looks used or poorly made. I sent an email immediately to request a replacement/ refund. I had to follow up with a phone call when no one got back to me after 5 days and I’m still waiting for an answer back 10 days after sending the initial email

Order processing and after sales service mediocre at best. Website stated, "Free delivery for orders over $49". My order was for $3,000+, yet at the end of the ordering process it turned out my order was not eligible. Cha-ching, shipping $95. My order wasn't eligible for the 5% discount promoted to first time customers either. Nice marketing though. Full disclosure. They did honor their $25 off when signing up for text messages. Why did I order anyway? Well, their website stated, "Item in stock, shipping in 3-5 biz days." That's exactly why I placed the order. Turned out delivery took 3 1/2 weeks and even considering one week for the x-mas holidays it's still a far cry from 3-5 days. Adding insult to injury sent an email to their support@ address. Bounced back as "Not in service". Called to check the order status and could only leave VM. Besides automated messages never heard a single beep. Sent another email after some weeks without knowing anything about delivery times asking to waive shipping costs given that I had to reschedule my shop appointments twice by that time. Feedback? You guessed it. Nada. Finally got two shipping notifications via email about a week after the parts had already been delivered. LOL!!!

Marc, We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, and we’re very sorry for the frustration this caused. I see that your order was placed on Christmas Eve, while the coilovers were showing as in stock with our U.S. supplier. Due to a routing error by our system, the order was mistakenly sent directly to KW in Germany instead of being fulfilled domestically on December 24th. This resulted in the extended delivery time, especially with the holiday closure period, and we take responsibility for that. Regarding communication, I also see that our system did send automated order and status emails throughout the process, including updates once tracking was provided by KW. We’re sorry to hear you experienced an email bounce on your end. From what we can see on our side, there shouldn't be a reason for the email bounce, as our automation emails were sent just fine. The delayed tracking notifications were also due to the manufacturer providing tracking after the shipment had already begun moving. As for shipping and promotions, some exclusions do apply. When selecting the “Free Shipping on $49+*” banner, it links directly to our shipping policy, which outlines exclusions for oversized and manufacturer-direct items. KW coilovers do not carry the free-shipping logo on the product page, as they are excluded from that promotion, as well as certain discounts, unfortunately. We sincerely apologize for the confusion, delays, and lack of clarity along the way. Your feedback is valuable and helps us improve moving forward. We would like to make this right for you, as this is not the experience that we want our customers to have when ordering from us.

i’ve been waiting for almost a month now to hear back for my strut spreader tool that I ordered. It still has not arrived. It said it was delivered, but it never left the port. I have still yet to received any help after contacting multiple times.

You guys sent me the wrong product. The product didn’t fit my 2019 bmw 540i non m-sport and the product number on the product didn’t match the one on the receipt/invoice you sent. The one receipt shows the correct product I ordered but the product you sent isn’t the same.

You sent me the wrong part, pay for next delivery on original order- returned the part, customer servicepromised to resend the replacement part with next day delivery still haven’t received the replacement an it’s 1/1/26. Apparently it is still stuck in transit. I am very just satisfied at this point

I am very disappointed you do not have a pick up option on your website for your local customers. I will not longer buy from you because I don't want to pay for shipping when im right down the road from your location. I should not have to wait 5 days to receive a order from you when im right down the road.

While we do our best to support our local customers, our website does not currently offer a pickup at store option because many of the products we sell are shipped directly from our suppliers and are not stocked at our local facility. Offering pickup at checkout would, unfortunately, create confusion for customers ordering items that are not physically available on site. The gift card was a very simple to receive and access. However, I bought a part that was unfortunately “discontinued” and asked for a refund because it was a gift for someone else. It is now business day 10 (the limit I was told) and I still have yet to receive my refund.
