Ordered and got faster shipping , because urgent, And wait for 3 week until These guys shipp it, after Week plus away, i receive it It’s my third purchase, 2 of them has problems No more purchases with this

I love urotuning, I have spent close to 10k on my mk4 and 70% of that has been through this company, recently I have had some issues that are making my car undrivable and support has been taking 1-2 weeks to respond instead of the usual 1-3 days, I purchased ebc s4 brake kit for my gli, what arrived was a kit for possibly a wrx or something else, wrong color, not vented, single rotor and wrong offset yet the box matched online order number for my GLI. This was almost 3 weeks ago now and my brakes are now squeaking they have gotten so bad, I hope this issue is resolved because I really do love working with urotuning.

Ordering process was very simple! Things were going great until it took a very long time to ship. Weeks later once it shipped I was quick to install my SPEC clutch kit and I really made sure I broke it in correctly as it is not my first rodeo. To my surprise the product did not deliver the quality it advertised only tolerating 2/3 of the rated torque. I have sent an email to retuning and will update my review accordingly based on customer service.

Products listed that are not in production, new parts bad from the box, and replacment parts were lower quality parts than purchased. Im sure these guys are not all that bad but my experiance wasnt good.

Vargas crankcase breather kit did not fit onto my 2013 550ix N63 BMW. Website stated it did but upon install it could not fit on oil filler tube.it also did not clear hood upon closing. Good prices otherwise but customer service very slow to respond.

Pump wasn’t correct for my car description says will fit, it’s “pump to rack” vr6 12v the one that was sent was for an automatic transmission. No where on purchasing this product gives you a choice for automatic or manual, now I have to pay to return this and pay $33 for restocking fee! Not to happy

Got sent the wrong item and immediately sent them a email with pictures showing the item. Waited with no response. Finally got back to me and then it took well over a week and a half for them to come to a resolution to initiate a return.

Order stage 1 tune for my BMW and comes without the cable to connect the car. Now I need to prove that the box come without the cable, uninstall the device and take a picture! Unbelievable after pay over $500 in a jb4

George, We are very sorry that you received the wrong part. The item purchased is listed correctly and states on the site that this only fits vehicles that are LCI and on this specific product all sales are final as it was a clearance listing. We are not able to take this item back as stated on the site before you checkout. We apologize for the inconvenience this might have caused you, however, you did receive the item that you ordered.

I have recently been purchasing several parts through the website. Most of which I have had good luck with with. I have a couple issues with some business we have done. 1.- Headlight lenses, first set I got were cloudy and had sanding (I'm assuming) marks on them, 2nd set sent to me is the same. Which I understand they are cheap but I wouldn't have bought them if in the description it informed me that they may not be perfectly clear. These are for a show car and sadly cannot be used so I will also be filing a return for. 2.- I purchased a slave cylinder separately from my $1100 clutch kit because there was no mention on the description of it coming with the kit. I file to return said part and have to pay for shipping and a restocking fee which basically took off about half of value of the part. 3- Several times I've tried to contact the company by phone or email and don't get an answer or reply. Unless I file to return an item then it gets a reply and handled. I'm sure you are busy but I have questions from over a month ago that are unanswered still.

Bought an intake for a 335d bmw. Purchased it at the end of November and it was estimated i would receive it in 2 weeks. I still have yet to receive it and it's February. I've gotten a few updates but no product. If you'd like to buy a present for someone for next years Christmas and don't care if it takes a few months to arrive, you've come to the right place! I'll give it 2 stars since they actually have customer service.

Called and inquired about strut mounts and bearings only. I was sent a text link which was correct. I was sent just bolts which I never asked for and was charged restocking fee upon return. Never again

Carl, I am sorry to hear that you were only sent bolts and needed the mounts. Looking at your order I see that you selected to no get the mounts. We can waive the restocking fees if you would like to swap the parts out for the mounts.
