“My overall purchasing experience was great however I’m writing this review a few months after purchasing my exhaust because my diamond black tips that you pay more for are already corroding. I got the exhaust this last summer and everything had been good up till this winter, mind you I live in the Portland metro area in oregon were we don’t have harsh winters and they don’t salt the streets. So you can imagine my frustration when I was washing my car recently and realized the tips of my exhaust are deteriorating. This is very disappointing and shows the absolute lack of quality. I really hope Uro Tuning steps their game up. I can’t recommend this product because of this.”

We apologize for any confusion when placing your order. The wheels do not come with the blue hex nuts or wrench. These parts are add-ons, however, if you are interested in ordering these items we would be more than happy to help you out for the confusion.

“So I wanted to upgrade the front sway bar bushings on my 2009 BMW 528iXdrive with firmer poly bushings. According to the UROTuning catalog, these were the correct ones. Once received, they were nowhere close to the right size. I did find another supplier online that did offer the correct ones which I have installed and they are awesome. The reason that I am giving UROtuning a low rating is because they are charging me both a restocking fee and a return shipping fee. So I'm paying for their catalog mistake. Had they not charged me to return the wrong product, I would have given 5 stars.”

“Pretty lame experience with URO and "customer service". After ordering, I was flooded with emails about hurrying up and buying things that were in my cart. When it came to my order, I had to reach out twice before getting any response and they only informed me that my brake parts were being drop shipped. When asking about the other parts, I took a couple of tries to get them to understand that I was asking about something other than the brakes.”

“First round of ordering, my order got kicked back and canceled by their “fraud” team even though I filled out the proper emails to confirm my identity. I had to call and verify myself for now a second time place a second order all while waiting for my refund for the first order. Finally after 7 weeks of waiting I received PART of my order. Still waiting on the rest. Wish there was something on the website about the products being in back order……”

If you are seeing a check engine light coming on, this product as stated on the site is not a guarantee to remove the check engine light. You would need a tune to remove the code completely.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review on the exhaust clamp. This product should fit most stock exhaust pipes. Are you able to measure your current system to see what size clamp you need? We might have the correct one for your vehicle.

“I have called already to complaint about the Racing Line Strut Bar Brace, the middle part of the kit the screws doesn’t screw properly on the right side of the middle part and I haven’t got a response yet. I need at least to replace that part of the kit, I am not requesting a Complete return.”

“The pvc valve was good ,BUT you didn't send the connector from suppercharger to engine or the o rings. Had to porches of local repair shop two days later because it was the weekend.”

“Upon receiving my parts I found that the metal fitting that was supposed to come with my kit did not come with it, so I have all this piping but no fitting to put it in the oil filter housing, would like a response”

“The website said that these would fit on my 2002 VW Beetle GLS TDI and they don’t. The connectors are totally different and the hole in the body for them is a different size. Since my old side markers broke coming out of the car I will just have to make these work, which is fine but I wish it didn’t show up as fitting for my car when it clearly does not.”
