No installation manuals, wasn’t a big deal for me but not everyone will understand how it bolts up.

I never received my order it’s been three weeks since I’ve placed the order; I paid for three day shipping and everyone’s claim is the address is wrong but everything is listed correctly on the invoice. What a waste of 136. Did I mention I have to pay to ship it back although I haven’t received it…

We are very sorry to hear of your recent experience with us. Looking into what might have happened I see that you requested to cancel the shipment as the vehicle was totaled. The item was sent back to the supplier and you were refunded for the order back in full.

Part selection was terrible saying that part I order was correct for car and didn't even mention there was an option without the electric pump so I had to use old housing with new water pump which caused problems with the thermostat cause it leaked instead of thinking I had all new

Unfortunately, the delivery of the part was significantly delayed. When I received the part it did not fit. The vehicle fitment information on the website was inaccurate. However, on a bright note Geoff Igartua, with Customer Service, was very pleasant to work with and did his best to keep me in the loop.

I regret to inform you , the head bolts I ordered were not what I got - I ended up having to re-use some of my old head bolts I should have received around 12 short and 6 long bolts - you guys sent me 12 long and 6 short bolts - I could not wait any longer to send them back and then wait for you guys to send new ones back . Thankfully it seems to be holding up . On the plus side I got a couple stickers from you guys that was the best part of my order . Sincerely , ( @IG Sikk Customs ) ( Dan Bower )

We are sorry to hear that your item was missing parts. We would be more than happy to help get the parts that were missing. The majority of our items do not include installations instructions as they are meant for DIY customers, Installation generally is the reverse of removing the original part. If the install is more complicated than that, we recommend professional installation or looking up install videos/instructions of the same type of part online.

The product I ordered is great. Unfortunately it somehow got sent from Tampa to Jax, then back to Tampa and back to Jax again for a week or so.

Product works well, but instructions and install were an unbelievable pain, if I didn’t have any preliminary knowledge I would not have been able to install it without professional help.

Initially poor because you didn't transcribe the full address that I provided and this ended up causing a lot of problems with the delivery and more than a week's delay in the delivery. I called and a worker called fedex and got this straightened out but unfortunately, fedex continued with the confusion. DO NOT use fedex for delivery in the Tucson area. They have specifically poor customer service, are rude on the phone, hang up on people, and still delayed out the delivery over a week past when they were supposed to have received the correction, possibly out of a passive aggressive response to my complaints to them.

At first I ordered the i.e. catch can and with no mention of it being on back order. I then get given 3 different dates of when it will be shipped. After the 3rd I switched to the apr one, and then also without anything being noted on the web page I find out it is also on back order. But being apr they didn't take but a month.

We have these items listed as direct ship on our site as these are not something that we stock here at our location. As stated on our site these items are subject to suppliers' stock. We do not have a live inventory of the supplier's stock. Once the order is placed with us we send it over to the supplier and they let us know the current ETA so we can inform you right away if the item is out of stock. I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you. Ordered 2 wheels and only recieved one I was pretty upset honestly took about an extra 2 weeks just to receive the other wheel. Customer service was decent though

urotuning messed up my order and sent it to their warehouse in Florida, instead of my home which delayed my package by about a week
