The box was in good condition but overall condition of the parts were damaged and 2 of the plugs were partially opened with a slightly smashed filter. Anyways it was ok for my first time. The parts work fine but not a fan that I paid an extra $10 for protection and it got jacked up.

We are sorry to hear that the parts arrived with some damage. Are you able to email us at Support@urotuning with photos of the damages? We would be more than happy to make this right. The package protection does not ensure that your package will arrive safely, however, it provides insurance if there is an issue you will be covered. Route will cover more than just lost or damaged packages they also cover theft if the package is stolen after it has been delivered to you.

I think you guys may have sent me the wrong part? The picture shows 2 MAF sensors. The one on the left is the original, the one on the right is the part I received. There are four holes on the replacement that are not on the original! I realize that over time parts are sometimes superseded but after installation of the shipped part, the car immediately started bucking and surging and shutting off! I did remember to disconnect the battery to let the memory clear! I’m hoping you guys can straighten this out as I was hoping to buy my Stage 2 performance mods through your company? I didn’t want to rate you yet so as to not give a negative review but it’s a required field Once this corrected, I’d be glad to review my review. Hope to hear from you soon JM

According to the tracking number this package was delivered to your location two weeks ago. You have shipping insurance with your order. Have you filed a claim yet with Route? They will cover a lost or stolen package. Please feel free to reach out to us as well at Support@urotuning.com.

The stock screws did not fit the pcv delete plate.i had to sand 2 out of 4 of them down to get them to fit in the recessed screw hole on the block off plate and striped one out trying to make it fit

We are sorry to hear that the plate had some issues. It is possible the finish was too thick for the screws. We have sold a lot of these without any issues with the screws. The part I ordered was too small compared to the original. I requested a return/exchange/refund three days ago and am waiting to hear back. It sounds like I will have to pay for return shipping even though I entered the make and model of the car before the purchase.

Gapped the to .028 torqued the plug to 18.5 ftlbs the plug spec and it through a epc light and a random missfire

Sorry to hear that you are having a misfire. We would be more than happy to help are you able to tell what coil pack is causing the misfire? If you have a code reader you can clear the codes and see what cylinder has the issue.

I ordered a suspension rebuild kit for the front end and what a mess it was. The first shipment came quickly but was (1) missing the strut spreader tool I had bought in addition to the kit, the trailing control arm bushings were (2) not the FEBI S3 bushings as the listing had stated. As I started installing parts on my new control arms I had picked up I had an issue with the URO PARTS ball joint. (3) The right-side ball joint wouldn't fit called customer service and promptly got another one in the mail, unfortunately, the second (4) right-side balljoint did not fit either. (5) After sending the wrong bushings back I had to contact customer service as the correct bushings had never been shipped. Customer service was pretty good trying to get everything straightened out for me but what a nightmare it has been.

Everything was fine till i got the wrong part and its been 2 weeks since i first ordered it and returned it and haven’t received a new one yet, i was asked for all this information about the product when it wasn’t right on there end

Part fits great. However I waited 2 months for the part. Communicating was not the best….. I got offered 100 dollars gift card for the wait time and did not receive no gift card or 100 dollars off. Part on website did not mention out of stock. Every time the ship date would come by it would get pushed back without any explanation. I would have to constantly be emailing Uro tuning customer support so I can get and update or else I wouldn’t receive one.

Unfortunately, the manufacturers do not provide us with a reason for delays, however, what we are seeing industry-wide is delays in materials coming in. Took two months to get rims. Shipping label gave the wrong arrival time by a week. Somehow got charged 25$ for route protection.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, we placed the order right away with the manufacturer. They let us know that these wheels were back ordered for 4-6 weeks, we sent that information to you right away and offered to swap to something else. As per your request, we keep the order open for you. The wheels were shipped out originally from the manufacturer with the wrong tracking number. The correct tracking number shows the wheels arrived at you within 1 week.

The product showed up damaged, shipping was astronomically high, product didn’t come with bolts or instructions, preset holes didn’t line up…honestly, probably won’t buy products from urotuning again.

We would be more than happy to get this resolved right away for you. Are you able to email us at support@urotuning.com with photos of the damages? The majority of our items do not include installation instructions as they are meant for DIY customers, Installation generally is the reverse of removing the original part. If the installation is more complicated than that, we recommend professional installation or looking up installation videos/instructions for the same type of part online. We can try and track some down for you if you have trouble finding something. These are aftermarket items and will require some modification when installing as these are not OEM parts.

Shipping is fast since I'm in SW Florida. They answer the phone and the one return I had was easy so far. I think they are charging me for shipping though.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I just took a look at all of your orders and you qualified for free shipping on all of them. There is a state tax on your order that we must charge you for. This is not something that we can remove, unfortunately.

When I ordered these, it made me choose a color for the headlights and color for the fog lights too. I called UroTuning to make sure it was 4 protective covers, not just 2. I was told yes, it was 4 in total. Well... no it is not. I hope they fix their ordering interface and tell their customer service people about it. I now have to look for material to cover my fog lights, they are the ones that get hit more often. UroTuning staff replied to my email and are friendly. I hope they will fix this ordering issue. I now will be sourcing the product for my fog lights elsewhere.

Hello Trevor! Thank you for your feedback, we do have to manually approve these returns, and I was able to get that approved for you today. The shift boot you received is the one that was ordered and does fit the Mk4. BFI makes two versions of this boot, one with the elastic base (no trim around the shift boot) and the one you ordered, which fits cars that come stock with the trim piece. This is noted in the product description above.
