urotuning messed up my order and sent it to their warehouse in Florida, instead of my home which delayed my package by about a week

The spacers I bought seem solid so far and look good. They’ve been on my Tiguan for a week. What didn’t take a week was the shipping, that took 5 months…

Did not fit my vehicle after saying it did. Very disappointed but the quality of this product was excellent. Customer service was slow to respond.

Ordered an intake it was missing brackets. They had to work with the manufacturer to get a new one sent, It showed up and it was for a different intake. Just ended up buying the bracket directly from the manufacture.

Purchased an intake from them, intake was there but not the parts to attach the intake. I contacted the company... still willing to purchase parts from them but still waiting on response from the company.

First experience with UroTuning and it was not good. I waited nearly three weeks to have all of the items that I ordered in-hand while my vehicle was out of service for one week due to a related part that was not sent. All of this could have been avoided if the UroTuning Rep had been more careful when resending the missing part. I am very disappointed at the lack of communication and consideration. I ordered an O2 spacer and an ARM downpipe. The downpipe arrived quickly (appears to be direct ship), but I never received the O2 spacer. I assumed the spacer and downpipe were in the same box, big mistake. I had to leave my car on jackstands for a week while waiting for UroTuning to send the missing part. I usually make my purchases from ECS Tuning for last 15 year, looks like I need to stay with ECS.

The steering wheel insert is a poor fit. The lines don’t line up. Wouldn’t buy another. It is not what is shown in the pictures. Not at all! Much smaller. That’s why the lines don’t line up. Useless.

I ordered a carbon fiber trunk and it looks like it was chipped/cracked or not sealed properly from the factory and not much is being done about it. Very disappointed

I recently made a purchase of a euro light switch for my mk7 gti. They sent me the wrong item, a cheaper version. I almost did not even realize this. Now the one I actually ordered and paid for is out of stock. There is another identical switch that their customer support team said would work as well. is more expensive but in stock, I feel like they should be able to send me that one due to their mix up.

We offered to swap it to the correct ones, when they were available, be refunded to the price of the switch you received, or to return it for a full refund. Glad we were able to resolve this by refunding you in full and not requiring you to return the incorrect switch. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us if you have any issues in the future.

I bought this connector for my son's 2008 2.0t because he had a cracked connector. I used the tool to remove the pins because I wanted to keep the original pins and just use the plastic housing so I would not have to cut wires. Well, the original pins would not fit into the new connector. They would slide in and then stop about half way. I tried everything, he ended up cutting the harness and soldering the wires with heat shrink. Not how I wanted it to go together for sure.

This harness is meant to replace the wires/pins as well as that is what usually goes bad. Had nothing but issues. I contacted both uro tuning several times as well as Unitronic. Both are very slow to respond. Now I am having running issues. Will be returning and going with another tuner very soon.

I bought side skirts for my Audi A4 , it took forever to come , I paid extra for protected shipping AND THEY CAME BENT AS HELL , they straightened out over time but wtf

Hey Wilmer! Thank you for leaving your review on this order. It looks like your order is still in transit. Our website marks packages as "Fulfilled" when we print the label provide the package to the shipping service. We can usually fulfill an in-stock order within 1 business day, which we did with your order. Unfortunately, it appears to be taking quite a long time for USPS to deliver this package.
