“Usually a good service site. Not this time... i had placed a 3 item order on 7/12 the smaller pieces arrived 7/22 while the last piece has yet to arrive after a email was sent to me saying it was out for delivery on 7/24. After all the comments of fast delivery im displeased ive had to wait this this for this.”

“I normally get good products and service. Paying for shipping to a place the 3-5hour drive away is OKAY. But whats not ok is a noticeable dent in the product that makes me worry about the structural integrity of the product I was sent.”

“I have a 1.8t with a 6 speed transmission and apparently the tool alotted with the kit does not work. I have had a replacement tool sent out thinking there was a possible mishap but it's the same as the one originally sent. The diameter of the tool isn't large enough to sit snug on the dual mass flywheel. I have tried reaching out a second time via customer support to no avail. Please respond. Thanks”

“The transmission mount wasn’t for this model, the mechanic wasn’t able to use it. Definitely wasn’t for e92 m3 I even questioned it when I saw the description saying e36 But the answer was that is the same part as the e92 uses Well it’s not Not I have a transmission mount set for an e36 which I paid for and it not even for my vehicle”

“After purchasing an cast aluminum coolant flange, coolant sensor, and retaining clip for coolant sensor for my mkiv gti 1.8t. It seems at first attempt the sensor does not fit very well in the aluminum coolant flange and seems to go a little crooked. I will attempt them again when I am able to but so far I am not satisfied and may look for an oem replacement instead.”

“said it was a direct fit no were did it ever say it was only compatible with a completely different style of fuel tank... waisted 300 bucks it only fits certain style tanks but when ordered I was insured it was a direct fit for my car”
