“said it was a direct fit no were did it ever say it was only compatible with a completely different style of fuel tank... waisted 300 bucks it only fits certain style tanks but when ordered I was insured it was a direct fit for my car”

“The elbow silicon hose that come with this throttle pipe is only 2” inlet make it impossible to installed! The box Still sitting on my garage 🤬”

“I ordered a crankcase vent valve for my 2001 Jetta TDI, part #028129101e. It is Vaico by brand and advertised as "straight from Germany". I received the box. It is clearly labeled "made in China". I don't want Chinese junk on my VW, but if I had to do it, I'd feel myself remiss if I paid 3X the going price of the Chinese stuff, and still ended up with that sort of quality on my car. To their credit, Uro Tuning responded when I informed them of the situation, but to this point nothing has actually been done to resolve the problem that I paid for German and ended up with Chinese. I haven't actually put the part on the car, so for all I know, it might actually work. I really don't want to find out though. My bigger concern is whether UroTuning actually knows where the parts it sells come from. Without that resolved, it will be pretty scary to buy anything else from them.”

“After waiting 3 month because of back ordered and then because product wasnt good enough, the caps I got wasnt the right fit and clip broke while putting on on one side and both side have a small gap and not perfect fit for price payed.”

“As of right now 9-18-19 I am waiting on eurodyne to setup a stage 1 and 2 tune for my vehicle. Eurodyne support team also said that maestro software is not supported on my vehicle, So the best they can do is a base stage 1 and 2 tune. Urotuning.com showed my vehicle was supported. So I bought it.”

“I’ve been pleased with UroTuning, however, my most recent purchase of inlets for my BMW. I understand that my purchase was made on a Friday afternoon which i expect wouldn’t be filled until the following business day which would be Monday. After not receiving any feedback Monday or Tuesday i contacted UroTuning and was assured the item will be sitting in my doorstep by Friday. Today is Friday and no parts. Checked the tracking number which so happened to be forwarded Thursday and i won’t see the items until the follow week. It will be 2 weeks since placing this order and now I’ll have to wait even longer before my car gets out of the shop. Super frustrating!!!”

“Recently ordered a box of goodies for my 1.8t Audi. While I am impressed with the speed of shipping, my radiator was packed improperly and damaged beyond use in shipping. There was simply no protection for one side of the radiator and it squished up against the other parts in the box :(, I have contacted URO in regards to correction for this issue. Picture attached.”

“poor quality chinese parts (guide rails for a r32 vr6). shipped the wrong parts (missing the lower chain from a timing kit). customer missed a car show despite being clear what was missing. eventually shipped the right parts, but getting it right the first time matters. 3rd times a charm I guess.”

“Overall looks good. But i am a bit disappointed from my purchase. I bought an item titled as exhast and picture of axle back + midpipe together, an image of catback, but there a very small all the way down hidden mentioned axle back. And when you see what's included in the package, they didn't clarify that its only axle back and you are not getting a midpipe as shown in the image. Then you have go through of paying to shipping company and you get nothing in the end.”

“I waited almost a month to recieve my order then they email me and tell me that the trut bar is out of stock and i have to wait over a month for my strut bar. Uro tuning shouldve just said it was out of stock from the begining.”

“My pattern is 5x112, which is what I ordered and all of my invoices and order history says. What I received are not 5x112. After spending the money to have new tires put on them, I can’t even mount them on my car because they are incorrect. Really disappointing that I did not receive what I ordered and now have rims with brand new tires mounted on them that I cannot use.”
