“Part came as ordered, but took a month and a half before it even shipped. Glad it wasn’t something I needed right away. Didn’t provide any kind of updates after the confirmation email until it shipped. Which was concerning.”

“Would be a great deal if the bolts cam with the ARP torque lube that you have to use for install. Had to order from Amazon”

Thank you for the feedback on your ARP bolts. I apologize that the bolts did not come with the assembly lubricant. We do sell ARP lube packs separately on our site. However, we are always looking for new ways to improve our overall experience. We will make the lube and add on for the bolts!

“This clamp does not fit a mk7 gti exhaust nor does it fit an mk7 tdi exhaust as described. With longer hardware and a hammer it can acquire the gti exhaust but nowhere near a tdi exhaust. It’s my own fault for relying on a description rather then putting eyes on the actual exhaust but this was a waste of money for my application.”

“I bought a o2 spacer. And upon receiving the threads in the internal portion in which the o2 goes into we’re not cut properly. Required re tapping to cut them deeper”

“The lug locks wont thread all the way in and it looks like the ends of the threads on the lugs weren't cut properly. they damaged the threads in my rotor and I just want to exchange them for something that fits properly. I think it is just a mistake because the thread pitch is exactly the same. I bought the 39mm lock keys to make sure nobody was going to try and steal my new rims.”

“I purchased the HEX tuning and I still haven't received the required email for the tune to happen. I bought it weeks ago and with no email to download the proper software. I am not satisfied. I am still waiting sadly”

“Usually a good service site. Not this time... i had placed a 3 item order on 7/12 the smaller pieces arrived 7/22 while the last piece has yet to arrive after a email was sent to me saying it was out for delivery on 7/24. After all the comments of fast delivery im displeased ive had to wait this this for this.”

“I normally get good products and service. Paying for shipping to a place the 3-5hour drive away is OKAY. But whats not ok is a noticeable dent in the product that makes me worry about the structural integrity of the product I was sent.”

“I have a 1.8t with a 6 speed transmission and apparently the tool alotted with the kit does not work. I have had a replacement tool sent out thinking there was a possible mishap but it's the same as the one originally sent. The diameter of the tool isn't large enough to sit snug on the dual mass flywheel. I have tried reaching out a second time via customer support to no avail. Please respond. Thanks”
