“Good oil pan overall but could have told me I needed an adapter with that new oil pan. Still have not gotten to fix my issue because of that.”

“I’ve been pleased with UroTuning, however, my most recent purchase of inlets for my BMW. I understand that my purchase was made on a Friday afternoon which i expect wouldn’t be filled until the following business day which would be Monday. After not receiving any feedback Monday or Tuesday i contacted UroTuning and was assured the item will be sitting in my doorstep by Friday. Today is Friday and no parts. Checked the tracking number which so happened to be forwarded Thursday and i won’t see the items until the follow week. It will be 2 weeks since placing this order and now I’ll have to wait even longer before my car gets out of the shop. Super frustrating!!!”

“Recently ordered a box of goodies for my 1.8t Audi. While I am impressed with the speed of shipping, my radiator was packed improperly and damaged beyond use in shipping. There was simply no protection for one side of the radiator and it squished up against the other parts in the box :(, I have contacted URO in regards to correction for this issue. Picture attached.”

“poor quality chinese parts (guide rails for a r32 vr6). shipped the wrong parts (missing the lower chain from a timing kit). customer missed a car show despite being clear what was missing. eventually shipped the right parts, but getting it right the first time matters. 3rd times a charm I guess.”

“Overall looks good. But i am a bit disappointed from my purchase. I bought an item titled as exhast and picture of axle back + midpipe together, an image of catback, but there a very small all the way down hidden mentioned axle back. And when you see what's included in the package, they didn't clarify that its only axle back and you are not getting a midpipe as shown in the image. Then you have go through of paying to shipping company and you get nothing in the end.”

“I waited almost a month to recieve my order then they email me and tell me that the trut bar is out of stock and i have to wait over a month for my strut bar. Uro tuning shouldve just said it was out of stock from the begining.”

“My pattern is 5x112, which is what I ordered and all of my invoices and order history says. What I received are not 5x112. After spending the money to have new tires put on them, I can’t even mount them on my car because they are incorrect. Really disappointing that I did not receive what I ordered and now have rims with brand new tires mounted on them that I cannot use.”

“I bought faw vw mk7 led tail lights. They work great but the out side edge of the drivers inboard light cant be lined up properly. I have reinstalled it multiple times. I even sent photos to urotuning to remedy the situation. They said it looks ok. NO it is not ok. Is to much to ask for properly fitting parts.”

“I ordered lights for my gti, online it stayed they were in Stock. 5 days later I received an email stating they were not in Stock. I was given the choice to go with a different color or wait for mine to get in Stock (which was said to be 1-2 weeks) I chose to wait for what I ordered. Still no word on my product, but the payment wastaken out immediately. I don't mind the payment, I do mind the no contact. I just want to know the status of my product and when I can expect them.”

“I ordered parts on 11/26 and the order was not received or shipped until the 30th and they were not delivered until 7/12. Parts i ordered from ECS on 4/12 showed up 7/12 as well. my car was down for an additional week because shipping took so long. If you want to take any business from ECS, you guys should step it up.”

“i ordered wheel spacers.. the spacers were handled poorly (im a machinist) and had dents and dings all over them. one of the longer bolts had threads crushed and wouldnt even start in the hole, i sent texts (multiple) like the website says too about the bolt- no response- fortunately for me im a fabricator/machinist and could fix everything. would not recommend.. poor quality”
