“Incorrect blem for the second time Uro Tueing,though, is working diligently to provide the correct emblem. I shall post another review when I receive the correct emblem. The folks there are very attentive and accomodating!”

“The drain plug was fine for about 2 oil changes and the 3rd time it sheared off. Luckily I was able to get the piece out without damage, it wasn’t fully tight. Wouldn’t really recommend because it’s not very durable or reusable. Pretty thin metal. Otherwise it worked fine before it broke.”

“Shipping was completely off ordered Thursday in hope of receiving it Saturday since I had called and they had told me it shouldn’t take more than 3 days to get here didn’t make it until the next week friday”

“The caliper is original. But in the website of Uro Tuning, it has the motor, caliper, and brake holder. I only received the caliper for $149.00. I found the caliper and brake holder for $80 OEM.”

“The prices are decent however their customer service is terrible. All I needed is a one $2.00 bolt replaced, instead I got a run around of the century. It's like we were speaking different languages. Not coming back for sure.”

“Never got a proper tracking code, never got it it’s been at least a week and a half, they said it would be shipped via regular mail but I did pay for the delivery protection. Once I receive it i can change my review forsure”

“My Apple wallet defaulted to an old shipping address. After completing my order I called Urotuning immediately to have the address chagned. I was able to get ahold of someone who said he changed the address however it didn't change, and the part went to my old address. I now have no part and was not able to redirect the package with no additional help from Urotuning.”

“My car was vibrating alot so I went to buy 2 new stage 1 mount inserts (engine and transmission). But after waiting for the shipment to arrive, I recieved a stage 1 and a stage 2 mount inserts so I couldn't even use either of them. So I have to send it back and wait for my shipment to arrive then their shipment to arrive. The whole car is vibrating now.”

“I love urotuning, I have spent close to 10k on my mk4 and 70% of that has been through this company, recently I have had some issues that are making my car undrivable and support has been taking 1-2 weeks to respond instead of the usual 1-3 days, I purchased ebc s4 brake kit for my gli, what arrived was a kit for possibly a wrx or something else, wrong color, not vented, single rotor and wrong offset yet the box matched online order number for my GLI. This was almost 3 weeks ago now and my brakes are now squeaking they have gotten so bad, I hope this issue is resolved because I really do love working with urotuning.”
