“Order a 3 pack vargasturbo caps for your powers tearing, oil filter, and reservoir only received 1 PC and 2 weeks later im still waiting on the sales representative to have a solution sobi can get my products. Terrible customer service . Gonna have to make a claim thru my credit card company since it seems like they are avoiding my claim”

“Before I ordered the kit, I needed to verify that it fit my BMW, as some mid-year changes had taken place. I received a reply promptly, and ordered it. I received it a bit sooner than expected and it was absolutely correct! Unfortunately there was an incident in my garage that ended the rebuild, so I contacted them and was immediately sent an RMA so that I could return the kit. Overall the service I received was exemplary, and I encourage everyone to use your business.”
