“Taking longer to figure out a way to get this broken product back to them that doesnt cost me money to get something I paid for shipped to me unbroken. The car needs to run in order for me to go to the city library to use a printer you say I need to print a label that saves me $30 in shipping to have broken product sent back to you. Its not like I didnt order the part to have a running vehicle to begin with.”

Hello Joshua, We were unaware that you did not have access to a printer to print the shipping label we provided. A replacement order has been made for the damaged part. We will charge your method of payment for the second part if the part is not returned in a timely manner.

We’re sorry for the frustration here. After taking a closer look, we confirmed fitment using your VIN directly with Audi, and the part number and thread pitch provided were correct for your vehicle. Unfortunately, it does appear the bolt we received from the supplier was packaged incorrectly, which led to the mismatch you experienced. “Parts sold in US listed at fitting Audi C5 S6. I assumed that meant US spec S6 but they're for the Euro spec S6. I had to cut the ends off the front splitter to make it fit and the rear spats are, well, good enough I guess. Not a great fit but they'll work.”

“I guess for this price the body kit its rather good.The side skirts and front piece are a little too thin and flexible.I would also preferred the bodykit to be in mat color, same as the stock bumpers because the dust shows a lot on it.”

“The team was very helpful. I cut what I needed right away. I’ve highly recommend using them. My quest was for a replacement suspension for my 2014 Audi.RS5 Cabriolet. I will later needed another control arm, and we got that too very quickly.”
